I am originally from Toronto, Ontario, Canada with deep routes in the Caribbean. I am business man who came from the toy industry and retired to the islands with several properties I own and manage for family and friends. I enjoy deep sea fishing and currently have my yacht located in St. Lucia. Being a host has given me a renewed passion in doing something I love and making sure we offer vacation villas to a high standard for our guests. There is nothing more I enjoy than hearing the responses of our guests on the great stay and vacation they had in one our villas.

Cap Estate in the premier development in St Lucia. With its estate homes on 1 acre plus lots there is enough privacy and close enough to be neighborly. There are only sunsets and coastline views here and the location is close to all the amenities St Lucia has to offer. The best beaches are located within minutes by car along with golf courses, shopping, Marina and nightlife.

Our property will offer unparalleled views of the entire western Caribbean coastline with the most breathtaking sunsets one could imagine. The 2 villas are all climate controlled throughout all the bedrooms and common areas, something very hard to find. With a private pool, private bedroom balconies and on the main floor with outdoor dining there are views from every position in around the villa. Our Starlink internet system gives you peace of mind for communications and streaming. All or our sheets are 100% cotton and all mattresses are super comfy. This villa with its large state of the art kitchen is a chefs dream with everything you'll need in preparing a meal along with a gas and charcoal grill for those BBQ evenings. You will not be disappointed.
