The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Gather and bag all trash, leftover food containers, and throw away items into trash bags and place in the green trash can outside. Place any cardboard boxes in yellow trash can.

Put all wet towels in the shower floor before leaving.

Make sure the roof top door is closed tightly. Load and start the dishwasher. Turn off all the lights and lock the doors upon checkout.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quite hours are 10pm-8am

We had a wonderful stay. This home was spotless and well stocked with anything you even thought you needed. We had easy access to the downtown amenities. The host, Samson, was welcoming and quick to respond to questions.

My first impression was WOW! Fun loft neighborhood, extremely clean, lots and lots of room, very close to other neighborhood restaurants and shopping. This loft makes us want to visit LR more often and we will definitely return to this loft!
