Very dated and small but plenty of beds

The place was clean but it was extremely dated, no changes since the 70s, it would be nice if it was upgraded because there are plenty of beds. With all the kitchen is extremely small in the place is small the bed and how many people can sleep in place of make up for it. But it really does need some updating
Unsatisfactory experience with a Major of cleaning issue.
Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at this property as we were expecting. First, the property was advertised as a NO PETS home and once we arrived to the place and went into the bedrooms there was LOTS of animal hair all over the bedroom sheets and covers in every single room. We then noticed that there was also animal hair over the furniture in the living room area as well as if nothing had been cleaned before our arrival. We contacted the property manager and at first we were told that this particular home was actually a Pet friendly home, but then we showed them that even the package of rules that they provided us with indicated that it was a NO PET home. They were very apologetic and offered to send a cleaning crew early next morning (it was already 5pm when we contacted them and all of their cleaning crew had been released by that time of the day). We had kids that were going to sleep on those beds (a 9 month old baby included) and have no pet at our homes so we had to do some washing ourselves the first night and went to bed late at night. The cleaning crew was suppose to arrive at 8:30 am and we had to wait past 10 am for them to finally get into the house to show them what needed to be clean. When we got back, the house had been cleaned from all the hairs from the beds and living room and areas where we requested to be clean; however, the water heater in the house was either turned off manually or automatically for some reason (we were in the house during a winter storm). We had no hot water to shower or wash our hands; it was past 6 pm and the property manager office was closed. We had to boil some water in the kitchen for the kids to shower and eventually found the water heater and turned on ourselves, but it took a while to warm up the water in the house.
The house needs some remodeling and the rooms are spacious enough for 1 or two people (except for the one with bunk beds which is spacious and it also has a queen bed next to it).
We stayed at the house for 2 days and our overall experience was unsatisfactory and will not be renting again.
Inaccurate description of the unit
The description of the unit was advertised inaccurately. We did rent the unit as there was Hot Tub / Spa however, there wasn’t one when we arrived. We reported the same to property manager and they removed it immediately from the add. The unit was also very old that required upgrade. It doesn’t justify the rent we paid as well as VEBO should refund the fee that was charged. I’ll also report to my credit card in the same.
