Room and guest bathroom can be closed off to the rest of the condo via a sliding pocket door, allowing maximum privacy for guests.

Four counter stools allow for extra seating.

You will receive Summary of Rules and Regulations for Esplanade Golf & Country Club Renters and Guests to read and sign.
