There is also a breakfast nook with 4 seat table. The kitchen has a counter height breakfast bar which opens up to the great room.

Dining area: The dining room table is set for 4, but has room for 6. Matching chairs in kitchen can be moved if needed.

Second Bedroom: This bedroom includes a Queen size bed and is located next to the Guest bathroom which includes a single sink vanity with a tub and shower combination.

Den/Office: This large space includes a couch, two chairs plus a desk and printer.

Front Porch: One chair and a table are on the front porch

Community requires a registration form and a lease agreement to be signed. If you are interested in using the Golf Membership and club amenities you must pay a $250 per adult transfer fee plus a $100 registration fee. If you are not interested in using the club, you will just pay the $100 registration fee to the association. Additional fees apply to play golf which vary depending on time of year.

VRBO collects a 7% sales tax. The additional 5% tourist tax must be paid directly to us as VRBO is not set up to collect this. Total tax is 12%.
