Complete New Remodel Home! This house contains an open floor plan. Four bedrooms ( sleeps up to 8 people). Gorgeous Gourmet kitchen w/top of the line appliances , best fixtures and material used. Brand new furniture.
Prime rental location blocks away from the 51 & 101 freeway N/S bounds.
Also blocks from restaurants ,shopping and nightlife! Scottsdale is less than a 20 min minute drive.
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

Brand New Remodel! Open floor plan, bright, fresh and crisp feel to this home. Family and friends will love this space, and a beautiful fire place to curl up to at the end of the night to unwind and have a cup of wine and watch a movie on our 65" inch TV.

Other things to note:
We are 25 miles from the Glendale State Farm Stadium ( All Freeway 101 West) and less than 10 miles from the Phoenix Open.
Abrazo Hospital and Mayo Clinic is within 3-7 miles away.
Phoenix Children's Hospital is 12 miles away.
Beautiful outside malls and restaurant all within 10 miles

Small pets are preferred and only one please per visit. Pets need to potty trained, kettle trained and not to sleep on furniture. $75 dollar non refundable fee for pets.

Spring break

Quiet Phoenix Neighborhood

The property was just as it was described. While it might look plain from the outside, it has been updated inside. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough to enjoy sitting on the patio. The house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and is convenient to major streets and the highway and is within 1-2 miles of a grocery store and pharmacy. Marina checked to make sure everything was OK and to make sure we had everything we needed. She communicated with us very well and let us know if anything was going to happen at the house, like garbage pick up day. We were very happy with our choice.

Great stay in phoenix

Great location for us. Appreciated being a little more away from the craziness you get near Scottsdale. We had brought bikes so was close to various routes. Great to have the garage to store bikes and do maintenance on them. Nice and close to Shadow mountain if want to go for a quick hike. Nice neighborhood - went on morning walks and it’s a nice area. A/c was great! Beds were super comfortable. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Check in was super easy. Made use of the patio for breakfasts and dinners. Also used the propane bbq which was nice to have. Would definitely stay again.

Well located home in Phoenix

Our family (5 adults) had a wonderful stay here in Phoenix. We were in town for a family wedding and it was very centrally located to the airport and all the places we needed to go for wedding activites. The house was very well stocked with everything you could need in terms of kitchen items, bathroom items (plenty of shampoo/conditioner/TP, etc). There is a fan in every bedroom which is helpful in the warmer weather. They also have lots of activities outside for little and big kids alike. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed our stay - would book again

Very quiet area, house was very clean and comfortable. Cloths dryer was loud, but much to our surprise a replacement was installed while we were out one day. We had a great family vacation and would recommend this property to others - also would not hesitate to stay here again.

House was great for our purposes. You might consider adding another TV (master bedroom). Everything in the house was clean except for floors. Looked like they needed a washing.

We just loved every minute of our visit!

We had the very Best experience…. SUPER HOST. I cannot even express into words how lovely this host was to me and my family. She went over and above and then some. My family and I were in town for my daughter’s master commencement ceremony at Grand Canyon University. The communication was super easy and quick, I felt like I was staying at a friend’s house and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It was a perfect stay. The home was quiet, clean, spacious, relaxing, and calming. Everything I was looking for. We had a long late drive and when we finally got to lay down, we all had the best night’s sleep, my husband really loved the ceiling fan it just felt perfect. The bed was super comfy and clean, and the shower and bathroom were amazing. My family enjoyed the cold water in the fridge, the coffee, bagels and chips and salsa that the host left for us. It was like she read my mind, the perfect snacks for my family. My daughter accidentally left a graduation card, and the host went over and above to get that back to us. I just cannot express enough how lovely our stay was and how amazing the communication was with the host. I am giving this rental property the highest recommendation possible. We loved our stay! We felt very comfortable, safe! We just loved every minute of our visit.

Wedding in phoenix

This VRBO was a complete delight! The house was beautifully remodeled and decorated. The beds were all very comfortable and the nightstands had charging ports! The ceiling fans were all so nice especially the one in the master bedroom. There were extra toothbrushes which was awesome because two of us forgot ours. Bidets on each toilet was the icing on the cake! The kitchen had everything you could want or need and the snacks were so thoughtful! The backyard has so many fun things to do for the kids and adults! Wonderful outdoor fireplaces. And the neighborhood was

Relaxed & Grateful

If I could rate this property and host 6 stars, I would! Maybe even 10 stars. Our host gave very clear check in instructions and house rules that made the process so smooth and straightforward. On top of that, they were so welcoming by providing snacks and extras that we could enjoy with our out of town family! Although it was a short weekend, we all felt safe and comfortable in this home. Thank you to our gracious hosts and I hope you know made our staycation with our visiting family relaxing and fun! Thank you again!

This property is my childhood home, I love the neighbor hood it's so safe and family friendly. If you love a little hike on the back side of our home and a few minutes up the road is a great hiking trail for you and your little ones to enjoy! I tried to make this home cozy and inviting I hope you enjoy it, there are games for you and your little ones to enjoy as well as with your friends. I wanted to make sure to make your stay as easy and convenient for you so I hope you find all the little extra amenities helpful.
