We love this property for so many reasons! One of the best experiences 160 Park Ave has to offer is walking 50 steps down to Main Street or a few minutes’ drive to all three ski resorts.

What makes this house unique

Many vacationers think staying at the resorts, maybe even ski in/out, is the best way to go. As a Park City local for over 10 years, I can promise you that staying in Old Town is the place to be. We have 3 ski resorts to enjoy in Park City, 9 ski resorts in the state of Utah and they are all setup for you to drive, park and ski. However, everybody goes into Old Town at night, because that's where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located. You'll laugh at everyone scrambling in their cars trying to find a place to park, as you walk down and back to Main Street from your house.

Great property for our stay

My family of 4, plus my parents, stayed here in Fenruary for 4 nights. The house is great!! My children really enjoyed the movie room, we popped popcorn and watched movies every night. Very close to town, we were able to walk into town to go to the many restaurants on Main Street. This is the second property of Bo’s that we have stayed, and next time we are in Park City, we will definitely stay there again!

Great place to enjoy your trip to Park City

This was the first time that we rented a house for a family vacation and it went very well. Location is great as you can be in town on Main Street two minutes after walking out the front door. Heated driveway was very much appreciated when we received 14" of fresh powder one night. Kids loved the pool table and the movie theater. Parents could relax in the living room in the evening with the kids enjoying a movie in the lower level. I would stay here again!

Just wonderful. Steps away from the town lift and restaurants when we wanted to go out. Spacious and homey when we wanted to stay in. Gorgeous inside and out. We hated to leave.

We had a wonderful stay at 160 Park Ave over the Thanksgiving break! The home looked just as it was pictured online, and the property was nice and clean. We stayed an entire week, and we loved being able to walk right down to Main Street which was just out the front door, and we didn't have to fight the crazy traffic to find a parking space. Everyone could come and go as they pleased without having to drive much at all. We even used the steps to Main Street to exercise on! The pool and movie room were an absolute hit with everyone! There was no snow to really speak of to snowboard on, but we found plenty of things to do, and the pool and movie room kept us entertained for hours. We loved that everyone had a space for privacy, and there was more than enough elbow room throughout for our crowd of 8. Bo was excellent! He answered every email in a timely manner, and even though when we got there, we couldn't get the wifi to work, Bo was quick to answer our call to him to get the new password. We will stay here again if we return to Park City! Everything that we needed for a lovely family vacation was in Bo and Allison's wonderful home! Thanks Bo and Allison!

Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival date will have the reservation deposit fully refunded. Cancellations made between 31-60 days will be refunded 50% of the reservation deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival date will not be refunded. No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure.
