The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, cable TV, and built in cabinetry. The completely new bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom (sitting room) is furnished with a full size bed with a twin bunk above the full size bed, custom built cabinetry and and the a flat screen television and dresser and new lighting. The guest bedroom has french doors, and sliding doors that open onto the second private balcony with a view along the North shoreline and across to the inter-coastal waters. The second bathroom which was just completely remodeled, is adjacent to the guest room. It has a new bathtub designed safer than the previous tub.

- I own a reserved parking space that is reserved specifically for my guests only that is under the building, next to the elevator. I believe this condo is comfortable with either two adults plus 2 children or four adults. The living room and bedroom televisions have been replaced with flat screen were purchased as well as two new telephones and new balcony furniture. I have added custom built in cabinetry in both bedrooms as well as completely remodeling both bathrooms. The master bedroom is a private suite. The many added amenities will make this feel more like a vacation home, than a vacation rental. The kitchen has recently been remodeled with all new full size appliances, sink, countertops, and new washer/dryer. For those who need to do a little work while they are in the condo, customized desk was added to living room. I have added a screen to the sliding balcony door so you can enjoy the sea breeze and the sound of the waves, once you turn the air conditioner off:-)

I purchased this condo after having spent many vacations on various beaches on both coasts of the United States. I knew I wanted a strictly beachfront condo where I could sit on a very private balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoy watching the dolphins. In the evening I wanted to be able to sit on my balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunsets overlooking the beach. I also wanted to make sure that no one would ever be able to block my beachfront view no matter what future development occurred on either side of the building. I knew there would be something about overlooking the water that soothes my soul. I was right:-)

This particular condo has a view I could only have dreamed of ever having. It truly is my corner of paradise on the top (5th Floor) You cannot see either of my two balconies from any other condo in the building and does not have a window to an outside hallway offering additional privacy and security advantages. The building is centrally located which means I can take a shuttle or Uber from the airport and not even bother having a car or if I have a car it is an easy drive to and from the airport with a parking space that I purchased right next to the elevator. There is a trolley on St. Pete Beach that you can pick up at various stops along Gulf Blvd and goes as far north as Clearwater and the beautiful and exciting city of St Petersburg. My beachfront condo, #503, is directly on St. Pete Beach and since I love walking, this beach provides me a long 7 miles uninterrupted distance on a wide sandy white firm sand beach. I also wanted to be able to walk along the beach to somewhere for breakfast or an afternoon beer. I was looking for a beach that was good for swimming and had water sports available as well as shopping and grocery within walking distance. Another criterion was to be away from the main public access to the beach so the beachfront would not be crowded and in a smaller building, such as this, there aren't long waits at the elevator or the area crowded on the beach in front of the building. I was looking for an area that met my desire to be close to sporting and cultural events as well as a variety of shopping and restaurants of all kinds because I knew this would be a vacation home as well as a beach get-away. The location of this condo meets all of my criteria. With downtown St Petersburg, named in 2018 as one of the prettiest cities in the South by Southern Living, it is just 20 minutes from my condo and Tampa about 35 minutes, this location provides everything I wanted in a home away from home.
What makes this Condo unique
The advantages of staying in my beachfront condo vs. staying in a beachfront hotel room or a condo with just a view of the beach are numerous. You will have my reserved parking space under the building directly next to the elevator at no extra charge. I have had a private wi-fi network installed in my condo so you will have a secure site to do your banking or work. The guest bedroom has a privacy door, which not all of the condos in the building have, and my washer and dryer are not in the guest bedroom, as many in the building are, but in the hallway near the kitchen. My condo does not have any bedroom window to an outside hallway which provides extra privacy and security. Being on an end unit means extra windows in the condo with more natural light throughout the condo and sea breezes. The views are breathtaking and because this is not a large hotel you will not be crowded on the beach in front of the condo. Of course, you would never have to leave the condo to watch the dolphins or the sunset. I still pinch myself every time I walk onto the balcony and realize this view truly is my corner of paradise. In recent years a reputable travel company designated St. Pete Beach, Florida, as Top Beach Destination in the U.S. with seven miles of sugar-white sand and January of 2019 Southern Living ran a complete article about St Petersburg and many of the attractions and benefits. I recently updated the kitchen, both bathrooms and built-in storage in both bedrooms. Now my guests have additional storage in the kitchen, two new custom-built bedroom storage and closet areas and a desk/cabinet area in the living room. I installed a walk-in shower featuring a rain shower and/or handheld shower in the master bathroom as well as safety bars in both remodeled bathrooms including a new, safer bathtub in the guest BR In addition to all of the other benefits, this is truly my vacation home and therefore I am constantly making improvements that I enjoy as well as my guests.
