Just ten minutes from the iconic Dentista Beach, this stunning mansion captivates with its flowing architecture. Spanning two floors, the property boasts eight spacious rooms that comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests. Nestled amidst lush greenery and towering coconut trees, the estate features a large swimming pool, sauna, outdoor shower, heliport, and a private pier suitable for boats up to 150 feet.

Inside, the mansion is designed to provide everything needed for an exceptional stay. The first floor features a grand living room, bar, TV room, dining room, game room, two fully equipped kitchens, a guest bathroom, and one suite. Upstairs, you'll find the master suite, four additional suites, and two more bedrooms that share an external bathroom.

The basic staff includes a housekeeper, cleaner and a cook. Service fees for these staff members (8 hours per day) range from R$250 to R$300 per person and must be paid in advance.
