Songwriters Cottage of 12 South

*Brand New Listing* Experience staying in a cozy tranquil home that's centrally located to everything exciting in Nashville. This lovingly renovated gem is available to book for the private upstairs unit. The house is walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, cafes and bars. The separate lower unit of the house is occupied by myself so if you need anything I'll be available to help in any way to make sure your stay in Nashville is excellent!

This is a split level house with the main private rental unit located on the first floor. The house is comprised of two comfortable bedrooms, a full kitchen, full bathroom, butlers pantry, laundry room, dining area, front porch and a side deck & yard equipped with a gas grill and outdoor TV. There is also a dedicated songwriters office to do co-writing, demo recording or just general remote work. It's equipped with a Pro Tools Le Asio interface, an audio i/o with Bluetooth, tube pre, monitors, guitars, condenser microphone and equipment closet with various other instruments and items (bass, small keyboard, ukulele, headphones, laser printer and cables).

Kitchen and Bathroom is fully equipped for essentials. Butlers pantry has coffee K-Cups and dairy creamers provided upon your arrival!

Other things to note

The upper and down stairs rental units are separate so there are no shared spaces. I do have have two small dogs so you may see them in my section of the back yard, but other than that it's relaxing and secluded.
