Esta hermosa casa ha sufrido una remodelación importante que se completó en la primavera de 2015. La casa cuenta con un estilo abierto cómodo con ventanas panorámicas y vistas fabulosas del río grande de Deschutes. Hay acceso a una de nuestras dos cubiertas grandes desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. El salón tiene una TV vía satélite, reproductor de DVD y estufa de leña. La hermosa cocina tiene encimeras de granito, pisos de madera y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Está totalmente equipada con platos, sartenes, utensilios de cocina, microondas, eléctricos de autonomía / horno, lavavajillas, especias y otros artículos de cocina que puedan ser necesarios. Puede barbacoa en la parrilla de acero inoxidable en la cubierta superior grande mientras disfruta de las vistas. Las habitaciones son grandes, con pillow-top camas de tamaño grande. La casa está en un barrio muy tranquilo, ubicado entre los árboles de pino en un entorno relajante. También hay un pequeño muelle para amarrar un barco de pesca, canoa, kayak o balsa. Traiga su canoa, kayak o tarjeta de paleta y entrar en el río desde nuestro muelle privado. Se puede pescar desde la orilla o simplemente sentarse y relajarse mirando el río y disfrutar de la vida silvestre. La propiedad se encuentra a 4 millas al suroeste de Sunriver y aproximadamente a 19 millas al sur de plegado.

Beatiful and relaxing!

This property is absolutely beatiful. The kitchen is fully updated and well stocked with any supplies you might need. The master bedroom and bathroom are both very spacious. Bathroom is fully updated and shower was amazing. The mattress was also extremely comfortable!! The views from the living room and decks (upper and lower) were beatiful - my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed just sitting, watching the wildlife, reading, and relaxing. The property is also just a short drive to many hiking areas and only about 25 minutes to downtown Bend, which made it a great place to get around throughout the day and then relax in the late afternoon/evening. Overall, loved our stay!!!

Couldn't have been better!

We absolutely loved this property! The pictures honestly don't do it justice. This was one of the best places that we have ever stayed. So many great touches including a book that the owners made with all of the nearby attractions and how far they were from the house. The property was extremely clean and well stocked. A wonderful home and beautiful stay, we will for sure be back!

Beautiful and Private River Home

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful, clean and very private home on the river. Todd and Tammy are terrific hosts as well. We plan to return again.

The perfect River house!

This was our 2nd year staying here with our friends and we look forward to coming back again! We love that we can launch our kayaks right from the property and one day we even kayaked to the house from a different location. This year the weather was not in our favor to kayak but we still had the best time. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for meals and entertaining. Even spices! We love how there are two separate masters as well. We love staying here and can’t wait to come back again!

Amazing house

Todd and Tammy were so helpful. If we had any questions they responded right away. This house is great. The yard was fun for outdoor games. They even had cornhole. Which I love. The house had anything and everything u could possibly need. We hope to return to bend again and stay at this amazing house.

Amazing and peaceful riverfront home!

If you are looking for a peaceful and great place to relax this is the one! The home had everything we needed. We relaxed on the deck and enjoyed amazing views of the river. The home was very clean and nicely updated.

Excellent location in aquiet and wild area, Deschuts river is just a 100 feet from the backyard.

Very impressed with the house, the second floor has a beautiful deck to the Deschuts river. Cleanliness and accommodations of house is excellent. The kitchen with all the amenities and utensils was very helpful to cooking especially under conditions, my wife was feeling that she was in her own kitchen when cooking the 18” reinbow trout I did catch in the Fall River. Overall a very nice place highly recommended. Jorge and Ayme.

Amazing Sunriver proper alternative

The home was amazing in its construction and design. Very comfortable. Wonderdul backyard. Amazing access to the Deschutes River. Out of the hussle and crowding of being right in Sunriver but close enough for easy access. Sitting outside around the campfire in the evening or simply under the shade of the trees during the daytime was incredibly relaxing. Very quiet neighborhood. Minimal road traffic. Everything in the listing was spot on. The house had no problems. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to inquiries. I could easily have stayed and relaxed for a solid week. If I plan another trip to the Sunriver area, this will without a doubt be the reservation I go for first.

Beautiful, peaceful, clean, and fully stocked

This property is absolutely gorgeous, right on the water, with no neighbors. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. Everything in the home is top notch. It’s a great place for cooking and grilling, because the kitchen is fully stocked. Todd and Tammy were great hosts, they were easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. This place is the perfect getaway! I hope we’re able to come back sometime!

Beautiful house and location

We really enjoyed staying at the Riverfront home. It was decorated so cute and was very cozy. I really appreciated the fully functional kitchen and BBQ. Everyday we had a great view of the river and all the ducks, Canadian geese and other birds weather we were in the house or on the deck. I thought that the location was really good. We were close to North Twin Lake (so I could swim and the family could kayak,), Sunriver and La Pine. The neighborhood was very beautiful, quiet and nice to either take walks or ride my bike around. When we had a few hiccups, Todd and Tammy were very good about making things right, so our vacation went very smooth. I hope that we can stay there again someday.

Wonderful Home

Beautiful river front home. Our group of 6 stayed over labor day weekend and the house and its owners exceeded out expectations. The house and location was exactly what we were hoping for. We had a very relaxing weekend. Will definitely try to stay here again when we are in the area.

Central Oregon Gem

Lovely home, perfect for a small family or two couples. The location was just a few miles from The Village at Sunriver where there are good restaurants and shops, roughly 20 miles from Bend. We enjoyed that the house was in a very quiet and more private location than the homes at the Sunriver Resort.

Great property in a recently remodeled home

Had a great stay at the Home which is right on the River. Home was recently remodeled and has great views of the river and plenty of room. In addition to three bedrooms there is a Murphy Bed in the living room. The home is a reverse living style and there is a large deck on the second story. Highly recommend as a place for a great family vacation!

Fabulous home on the Deschutes River

This lovely home is located directly on the Big Deschutes river in a quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous view from the kitchen and living room. The home is beautifully decorated and has all of the modern conveniences you could want in a vacation home. Relax on the large deck overlooking the river or in the chairs in the nice backyard which is on the shore of the river. In the summer time you can tube or kayak down the river during the day and take a quick trip to Sun River or Bend for an evening of fun nightlife. In the winter Mount Bachelor ski resort is a short drive away. Five stars without a doubt!

So beautiful!

Our family of four stayed in this lovely home for a few days this summer (we came from Calgary, AB to visit our son who is a student at the university there). When we arrived......the location was amazing, lots of quiet space around us and behind the house is the river. What a view, so peaceful! It was perfect to spend time out back, we used the deck a lot, had a bon fire, and otherwise just watched the lazy river! The house was more beautiful than the pictures implied. We wanted for nothing at all! It was more than equipped for all our needs, and then some. It was a pleasure to deal with Tammy, communication was fantastic and she made everything very easy. I'm sure "if" we needed anything while we were staying there, she would have complied as well. If we are ever back that way, we will most definitely be staying in this beautiful home again! Thank you!

Perfect Summer Retreat!

My husband and I spent 12 enjoyable, fun-filled and relaxing nights in this newly remodeled home on the river. The owners did a fantastic job providing us with all of the essentials. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and everything was new. The property is located in a very quiet area, but restaurants and activities are all within a short driving distance. It was the perfect summer retreat that met all of our needs. We hope to return soon!

Amazing home away from home, but ON A RIVER!!

We loved our time in this beautiful home! The decor was really beautiful and the setting and views were just breathtaking. We also enjoyed how close it was to so many fun things to do, places to explore, lakes to be fished and restaurants to be tried! And we brought kayaks, too. So we enjoyed being right on the river for that! A wonderful place and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful, well furnished home, on a great locatin

We could not be happier with our stay. The home was well stocked with all the necessities. We were able to eat all the meals we wanted there, instead of having to eat out. The home is in a great location, and right on the river.

A great week in central Oregon

We had rented this home before. So we knew the property and it was as nice the 2nd time as it was the 1st. Close to everything you want to do: hiking, canoeing, kayaking, mountain biking. The house is right on the Deschutes with river access. It is a very clean home with a beautiful view of river. We kayaked the Deschutes for a couple of days, ventured up Mt. Bachelor, hiked along the Fall River and Paulina Lake, biked around Sunriver, and enjoyed the Lava Cave and Lava Lands. We hope to rent this home again when we make our next trip to the area.

Beautiful Sun River Home

We love this house. It is the third time we have stayed here. It is the perfect place, right on the river. We love to kayak and couldn't ask for a better place. There is an inlet to put our boats in right in the back yard. It is very well stocked and we never want for anything. It isn't as close to Sun River, but we come here for the quiet and peace that we find here. Love the deer, ducks and other wildlife. It is perfect for 2 couples and the rooms are very private with a central living space. I highly recommend it. Lots to do in the area.

Wonderful private place!

What a great place! The pictures don't do it justice. We loved the views, the close proximity of the water and the layout of the house. It was nice having a large enough house where it felt like there was 3 separate areas with the locations of the bedrooms. Definitely not for people who have trouble with stairs though. I loved that the place was so well stocked with everything we needed.

Family Time

The house was perfect for the family to get reconnected -- we fished (caught 3), biked, walked, and relaxed in the sun. One day was rainy so we stayed in made cookies and played games! It was just what we needed to escape the day to day duties. The house had everything we needed (thank you!) and was nice and clean.Thanks for providing such an up to date, and warm and welcoming home.

Relaxing times

Very nice place to stay and enjoy the surroundings and relax. Great location, we were able to drive to a hike near Mt. Bachelor in under 45 minutes, used the bikes supplied with the home in the surrounding area, and kayaked the river. We enjoyed the vistas off the deck. Everything was in working order and in good shape.
