Passionately driven by their love for and understanding of great food, the hosts explore local ingredients and traditions to serve up imaginative, tasty and nourishing fare. They are fond of exploring and value the significance of fresh natural ingredients in providing exceptional tastes and flavors. For them food serves as a platform to conduct many a culinary adventure born out of curiosity, experiment and art. Their menu will offer preparations made from locally sourced ingredients obtained from their own farm as well as those from the region. Additionally, Suganthi and Saravanan -the caretakers of Nirvriti and exceptional chefs in their own right - will serve various regional favourites that is their specialty.
