Welcome to one of the most peaceful areas in Panama City Beach!! Ramsgate Harbour is located at the very west end of Front Beach Road with HUGE ADVANTAGES!! First, it is only three stories high and spreads the 66 units along the beach so that it is somewhat a private beach! We are far away from the 'spring break' hustle and bustle, yet close enough you can enjoy everything there is to offer... including a quiet atmosphere away from all the high rises with their crowded beaches. In addition, we do not have traffic like on 30A where you sit forever, just trying to get to the store or restaurants! We are right on the corner of Front Beach Road and HWY 98. We do what the locals do.... zip down 98 till you are abeam your desired location, then cut through to Panama City Beach or 30A and save the hassles of fighting the traffic during the busy seasons!

Unit #25 is a flat and located on what we call the first floor....which is actually one level up above the covered parking. The door is Electronic Entry so you do not have to drive somewhere late at night to pick up the key on arrival. Another advantage is not having to worry about who has the key, or what part of the beach you should start digging for it!! The view from the front door straight through to the beach will warm your heart as soon as you step inside to set your bags down! The unit has brand new wood and tile floors and an up to date kitchen. This is an up to date unit and not the typical run of the mill beach condo. Furniture is mostly new and picked for comfort. Washer and dryer are in unit along with all the kitchen appliances and utensils. Because of the way the units are set up, ours juts forward towards the beach and offers a fantastic view---just hope you can sleep with the surf rolling gently in the background. This is Not a Party Area or unit, and is strictly enforced so that our owners and guests can enjoy the tranquility of the moment without interruption! We are located about mid way in the units, giving you the quiet privacy of the beach and yet still within a short walk to the pool and grill area.
The best part of the location of Ramsgate Harbour (besides the quiet beach), is our easy access to all attractions via HWY 98 that Panama City Beach and 30A do not have. You can get to Seaside in 15 min, Pier Park in 10 (Mall, Shops, Restaurants, Pier, 16 room movie theater), Miniature golf in 20, and some of the best golf courses in the area in 10 to 15. Bayou Bill's is just across the street, Publix is 200 yards away, a donut shop and a local eatery (hole in the wall called 'SunnySide Grille') are just down the street. We will be constantly updating the map on this website to indicate places that might interest you during your stay....assuming you even want to leave the place!! So please come and relax....knowing you are in a quiet and safe area away from the attractions, yet close enough to enjoy any and all you wish to partake in! ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY make sure and give me a heads up!! Oh, and did I say to bring a good book?!

Beautiful views, great location away from Panama City Beach crowd. Gil was great to work with and helpful. Only complaint was the mattress in the master wasn't very comfortable. But the view from the bed made it worth it!
I have learned over the years that different people have different desires when it comes to mattresses. With this in mind, I have a little more firm mattress for those that like it that way. Depending on who used what last, there is a pad type mattress cover in the closet or possibly left on the bed from a previous guest for those that like a little more cushion. Not sure what the situation was since I did not hear about it till now... Always call and I will do my best to make things comfortable for my guests.
This is our second summer vacation at PCB, one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida! First of all Gil, the owner is so easy to work with. After renting his other unit last summer (2015 #65) we knew that we could count on a clean, well stocked condo, with a great view! Also worth mentioning is the air conditioning worked great- which is pretty awesome when it's 95-98 degrees outside.This is absolutely the perfect location- QUIET- relaxed- laid back atmosphere is what you get at this condo complex! The pool was clean and never seemed overly crowded which is a huge plus when you are trying to relax after a long day on the beach. When you rent from here, you are right on the beach- nothing between you and the Gulf, except beautiful white sand. No traffic to fight, no loud crowds on this side! My family and I could not be more pleased with our past two trips renting from Gil at Ramsgate. Thank you so much for sharing! We are hoping to be back in the summer of 2017!
Our stay at Breezy #25 was wonderful. It is a great condo with an amazing view and easy access to lots of fun stuff. Gil provided great information and service to us during our stay. We loved having the keypad for easy entry and not having to keep up with a key. Stinky's Fish Camp was a great place to eat about 25 min away, but well worth the drive.
Our first trip back to Panama City since our kids were born 11 years ago. The area has completely changed and the bypass to Destin is really developing. I love the location of Ramsgate Harbour. It is a small complex with only 66 units and a very private beach. We walked down a set of stairs and right out on to the beach. I know we were not visiting during a busy time but there might have been a total of 15 people on the beach each day around us. Our 10 year old son is autistic and doesn't like crowds so this was perfect! The kids have only been to Hilton Head Island and have never seen the beautiful clear Gulf water. They were impressed and collected a bag full of beautiful shells during the day and a bucket full of live crabs at night. The condo was wonderful and immaculately clean, great job Rosario! Furnishings were everything we needed. Loved having the washer and dryer in the condo so we could pack lighter and get some washing done while relaxing instead of doing it once we returned home :) All of the beds were very comfortable and I was impressed that Gil even has a foam pad on the pull out sofa for added comfort.
This unit has a straight on view of the beach that can be seen when sitting on the sofa in the den area or from the master bedroom. We didn't have to keep up with keys thanks to the keyless entry and the covered parking underneath the units was a plus. The location of the condo is ideal. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and numerous other shops. We were off the beaten path of the strip but within 15 minutes of all the action at Pier Park. Pier Park offered park rides for the kids, Dave & Busters, a variety of restaurants from fast food to sit down and lots of outlet stores for shopping.
We will definitely rent from Gil next year and hope to continue for many years to come.
Golf is Big in the Area to Include 'Shark'S Tooth' and My Favorite 'Camp Creek'
