Built in 2022, this 3,000 square-foot, two-story home enjoys an easily accessible location less than two miles southwest of Ellijay's cute restaurants, shops, and recreational outfitters. This property is close to everything! You'll be one mile from the annual Georgia Apple Festival and a short, scenic drive from local orchards, beautiful hiking trails, river tubing excursions, ziplining, and the shores of Carters Lake.

Step inside and be greeted by the modern farmhouse decor with hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, contemporary tile work, and beautiful lighting throughout. A focal point of the main floor is the towering great room, offering soaring windows and a wood-burning fireplace with a floor-to-ceiling hearth. Get cozy on the large sectional and curl up with loved ones to enjoy the 65" TV for streaming nightly movies. Experience the magic of fresh mountain air when you slide open the oversized glass doors to enjoy a second, outdoor lounge space, complete with cushioned seating around a gas fireplace. Prepare lunch on the large gas grill and gather the family for alfresco meals while gazing at the tranquil views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Back inside, the chic kitchen features stainless steel Samsung appliances and striking marble countertops, including a large waterfall island with bar seating. Enjoy dinner at the eat-in table by the gallery windows or in the formal dining room up front.

When it's time to wind down, all four bedrooms offer en suite bathrooms and TVs of their own. The main-floor primary suite features a spa-like bathroom and a walk-in closet. The other three bedrooms are upstairs and include one that's perfect for families with kids. Additional features of the house include central air-conditioning, a separate laundry room with a washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi for streaming your favorite apps.

Security camera details: There is a motion-activated security camera that records sound facing the driveway and the exterior back stairs to the home.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
