The Berkeley is a stunning 5,000 square feet, property located in the Seven Oaks section of Orange, New Jersey.

The Berkeley offers (6) bedrooms (7th available for additional cost, please inquire), (3)full bathrooms , (2)half bathrooms, living room, sun room, dining room, family room , beautiful chefs kitchen, & finished basement.

4K smart projector available. Perfect for movie nights or slide shows.

(2) outdoor patios, huge backyard and grill.

*Covered driveway is not accessible to guest and cannot be blocked. Guest must leave space for cars to get in and out of driveway.

The Area:
The property is located in the beautiful and Historical Seven Oaks section of Orange, just minutes away from Greater New York City and (17 minutes) Newark Airport, among many other world-class destinations in the NYC and NJ Metropolitan area.

Entrance from the front of the house. Has living room, sun room , Dining room, family room & kitchen.

Floor 2:
2/3bedroom and 2 full bath. The three other rooms are not occupied but are locked and not for guest use.

Floor 3:
3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.

*Basement:
1 bed and lounge area . Private entrance.
*(May sometimes be occupied during your stay, Host will let you know before confirming your reservation. In this event, a master suite will become available to you which otherwise would be locked).

• Security cameras are placed near all exterior
entrances and connected to a monitored security system for guest safety.
• No unauthorized guests outside of the official guest count are permitted to stay overnight at the property. This will be strictly enforced. A violation of this will result in immediate cancellation of the stay and eviction.
