New chic home few steps to the beach. 4 floors of living space, stunning ocean/intracoastal views, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath. 2 exterior parking. Book with correct number of guests. Sign Lease within 48 hours. Booking may be altered at additional charge, no extra guests without hosts' permission. Kindly provide your ID and details about yourself. 4 flights of steps: no elevator. Parks, casino, golf, marina, horse racing within walking/short driving distance. Walk to 2 restaurants within 2-7 min.Only 4 people are hosted for the posted price. Must book with correct number of guests. Guest is required to sign and return Lease within 24 hrs of booking (along with your ID), which cannot be altered with different number or names of guests without our permission. If Lease is not executed properly and timely we reserve the right to cancel reservations. We don't allow extra guests outside of Lease unless approved Each additional guest after 4 booked at an additional rate per night. Age to sign the Lease is 28 years old. All cancellations/alteration are executed via respective sites. Cleaning fee 450, refundable damage deposit $3000, no resort fees. No animals, violators are charged $700.00 cleaning/ deodorizing fee (due to others having severe allergies to animal hair) and asked to remove from the premises. No smoking: $1500 deodorizing/ozonizing fee for smoking inside will be charged. Quiet hours at all times are strictly enforced, parties are NOT permitted! Please provide information on your group and purpose of your stay. Once you have been approved, you will also have to provide a government issued ID for age and identity verification and your phone number must match the number on your VRBO account. Same day reservations are not considered If property is left exceptionally dirty/stained, furniture rearranged, trash not taken out, foreign objects flashed in the toilet, an extra fees are assessed. We are private homeowners sharing our home with others and as so we do not offer hotel style services/ supplies. Sorry we don't have child safety items such as: stair guards, cribs, pack-n-play, high stool, strollers. No games, or video games provided. No pool on premises. We have outdoor surveillance on site. We really loved the home! Exceptionally clean, literally spotless, vey comfortable beds, great location. Beach was clean and quiet, so relaxing. Short walk to restaurants and entertainment. Will definitely be back soon!

Family vacation

Beautiful home and spotless. My family and i had a wonderful time,beach right at the corner and alot of good restaurants. The only thing i would consider if thinking about this house is we were a group of senior citizens there are alot of stairs,check if the elevator works it was out of order for our stay.

Great Villa!

Modern, ultra clean, huge 4 level (counting rooftop) living space on the coast between Miami and Palm Beach, about 30 minutes and 1 hr drive, respectively. The interior design is luxurious and the ocean views from the rooftop are lovely. The wind during our stay prevented us from enjoying dinner up top but this was not a problem as great restaraunts abound near the villa. Awesome oceanside walking/biking path is a 1 minute walk down the street. We will be delighted to visit again!

This is a scam!!!!

This is a scam, is not true. Owner never responded my call to provide the access to the property. After spending almost an hour waiting outside the house for an owner’s response. Owner called that she couldn’t host us and that she didn’t have our booking and payment had posted 20 days in advance in my credit card. She even threatened us that she was calling the police on us. They ruined our long weekend vacation. Waited my time, 2 days of vacation in preparation, driving there and then finding a solution to where stay with my family after being in the street and no where to go. Please don’t fall in the trap.
