Beautiful fully furnished home with stunning Red Mountain views.
The floor plan offers 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, 2 car garage, back and side patio, patio lounge and dining set, fire pit table. New adjustable, split king size bed in the en-suite master bedroom.
Second bedroom has a split king and can be turned into two twin-sized beds. Second bedroom is en-suite..
Third bedroom has two twin beds and can be converted to a split king. The third bedroom can be used as an office or bedroom, with a shared bath.
Immediate access to walking and bicycle path.
Near Kayenta Art Village and Snow Canyon.
Might consider a small dog on a case by case basis with a non-refundable pet fee. Lease agreements in accord with HOA and local ordinances.

Please leave the House Key, The Mailbox Key & The Garage Door Remote on the counter.
Please retur all of the shades & blinds to their closed settings. Please see the additional instructions in the Welcome Letter you received upon Check-In
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Gorgeous home in a gorgeous location--great proximity to Snow Canyon, Gunlock, activities in St. George, and not too far from Zion National Park. We loved exploring the nearby trails and eating at the local cafe, Xetava.

This property has everything!

Breathtaking mountain and desert views from the floor to ceiling windows. Striking sunrises and sunsets. Nature, comfort, room to stretch out and a well appointed kitchen. Very spacious home with modern conveniences and a truly luxurious master bath with a deep tub perfect for soaking after a day of hiking on the many local trails. Highly recommend the property and highly recommend the host - an unforgettable experience.

Hi friends, I live between Jackson Hole Wyoming and Ivins UT! I'm just biding my time until I can be in Ivins full time! In the meantime, a home isn't a home unless there are friends there enjoying this beautiful space.

Why they chose this property

This property is in such a gem of a location. Tucked away in the spacious corner of the St George community, this residential section has wonderful access to pathways, a beautiful Art Village, near Tuacahn and Snow Canyon. I just love it here!


What makes this property unique

Brand new home. Accessible to hiking and biking trails. Low profile homes are spaced apart and private. Charming community hosting wonderful art galleries and cafes. Access to amazing hiking, biking, and near the community reservoir for sunbathing and swimming! This place is a dream!
