-Heated Pool: Take a dip in the inviting heated pool, where you can swim, relax, or soak up the sun on the loungers provided.
-Beach Access: Just a few steps from the condo, enjoy the beautiful sandy beach and the sparkling waters of the Gulf.
-Free Parking: A designated parking spot is available for your convenience, so you can park your vehicle with ease during your stay.
-Outdoor Areas: Make use of the communal outdoor spaces to socialize with fellow guests, unwind, or enjoy the coastal breeze.
-Coin operated Washer and Dryer (on the 3rd floor!) Guests must provide their own soap.
-Ice Machine and guest shared restroom (around the corner from the south building elevator)
-Beach Chairs (First come/First Serve)
Please note that all shared amenities are well-maintained and available for the enjoyment of all guests staying at the property. We kindly ask that you treat these spaces with respect and follow any posted rules or guidelines.

The pool closes at 10:00 p.m. and reopens at 7:00 a.m.
Please rinse off after the beach before entering the room.
Not allowed:
- Smoking in the room or on premises (including cannabis) $250 cleaning fee will be applied
- Unregistered guests
- Loudspeakers at the pool
Check-in time is at or after 4 p.m. Check-out is at or before 11 a.m.
There is no daily housekeeping service. Bedding, bath towels, and basic bathroom supplies, including toilet paper rolls, are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping is available for an upcharge. Please message us about additional housekeeping in advance.
Double-check your dates and the amount, and carefully read the full cancelation policy before completing your booking. By booking this rental, you fully agree to the cancelation policy. Under no circumstances will we be able to change the cancelation policy or the reservation.
Do not flush ANYTHING except TOILET PAPER in the toilet. Paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash will clog the pipes. If you clog the toilet, we will charge you a plumbing fee. The plumbing fee starts at $300
The number of guests is defined as the number of guests on the reservation. No additional person staying is allowed at the property.
Smoking is prohibited (even if it`s medical cannabis). You agree to a $500 penalty for smoking on the property.
You are not permitted to hold a party or make unreasonable noise. Speakers are not allowed anywhere on the property. If you have a party on the property, disturb the neighbors, or the police are called for any reason, you agree to vacate the rental immediately with no refund for unstayed days.
You allow us access to the property for maintenance, repair, and inspection and confirm that the correct number of guests is staying.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses while on the property. We are also not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests expressly assume the risk for any harm arising from using the property or others they invite to use it.
Keep all personal items and valuables inside the rental. Anything you leave outside, including towels, clothes, or floats, might be discarded.
You must be 21 or older to book the rental.
Do not leave any personal belongings behind you after checkout. We do not ship forgotten items.
Accidents happen. Please let us know if anything breaks during your stay so we can fix or replace it before the next check-in. Most of the time, there won`t be any consequences if you inform us about it.
