Fantastic vacation!

This rental was perfect. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the living room spacious and comfortable and the heated bathroom floor was a welcome surprise after jumping in the ocean. Jack made sure our stay was perfect.

Perfect location, beautifully updated home

We absolutely loved this place! The location could not be better. Right across the street from Lover’s Point, which made walking over with our small children so easy. We also really enjoyed taking the walking path from Lover’s Point to the aquarium and Cannery Row. The home is beautiful; everything has been updated and was very clean. The owner provided lots of information, so we did not need to contact him during our stay, but he was very accessible. Highly recommend!

Perfect Honeymoon

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at the cottage for our honeymoon. We couldn’t have asked for better communication with Jack, a more cozy cottage or a better location. We enjoyed every moment here. It was the perfect location between Monterey and Carmel. Jack was an amazing host. Super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely consider staying here again!

AMAZING Cottage @ Lovers Point

The cottage at Lovers Point was perfect for our stay in the area. We were a family of 5 from the Midwest wanting to explore the California coast before heading to some National Parks. The cottage was centrally located, fully stocked, clean, and whimsical. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were soft and the property manager very responsive. We highly recommend!

This is a lovely little cottage that is probably the nicest we have ever stayed in. Clean, well appointed, great location and Jack was very gracious through the whole process. We certainly recommend it and would love to return some day

Lovely Stay

Perfect Home - Amazing views

Best VRBO stay EVER

If you’re considering this property, just book it. It will not disappoint. This place is immaculate, beautifully updated, furnished and fitted with ultra modern touches like a brand new wash tower. The host, Jack, is considerate and always responded immediately or even proactively. Jack has thought of your every need. There are even heated floors in the downstairs bathroom- amazing. The beds and linens are great! The location is so convenient- walk or bike to everything in Monterey. Honestly, I’ve been renting with Vrbo and air b n b for 10 or so years with my family of 5, and this is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. Thank you so much Jack for making Monterey our favorite spot in California!

Loved our stay at Jack’s Cottage

We loved our stay at the cottage! The home was perfect and had everything we needed. The location is perfect! We walked out the front door and went to “the rocks” at Lovers Point every morning with our 9 year old and climbed on the rocks and watched sea otters. We saw dolphins too. Easy drives to Point Lobos, Carmel, Big Sur, and Santa Cruz. We did a lot of hiking and rented e-bikes and went to the Santa Cruz boardwalk. Jack was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this home.

Fantastic location!

We loved our stay in this cozy cottage with ocean views and a wonderful ocean walking trail. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable, providing a good nights sleep.

This home is an ideal beach house. It is literally 100 yards from the lagoon and is the closest home to Lover's point. It has views of the Monterey Bay from the living areas and both bedrooms. One can sit on the front porch, sip coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon and watch the tour buses go by.
