About this property

Panoramic Lakeview home with hot tub and swimming pool on 2.1 acres. Our home is 2,219 square feet, with a large open concept design. Large kitchen, dining room and living room is on the main floor along with a full home office, master bedroom, master bathroom with steam shower and a half bathroom. The downstairs is the entertainment and activity room with Pool table, Poker Table, bar area and TV. Additional two bedroom are downstairs. Additional access to the pool and outside area from the downstairs also. We have a fully fenced yard and gated driveway. A scenic walk or bike ride will lead you into the historic town of Kaleden and about 10 minutes drive, or bike or run on the Kettle Valley Trail to the City of Penticton. A 40 minute drive will take you to some epic Okanagan skiing at Apex Mountain. Our deck and hot tub views span the entire of Skaha Lake from Penticton to Okanagan Falls.
