We enjoyed our stay here over the last couple of years in July. The location is easy to access and there is plenty of parking for 2-3 cars off-street. The house is nice and cool on hot days and everything is easy to access. The owner is very easy to communicate with and answers questions very quickly.

Wedding Weekend at Kingwood Cottage

This cottage is everything you see & SO MUCH MORE! The location cannot be better for weddings at Kingwood Center Gardens. The space is beautifully decorated, all the amenities you could need & the fenced in yard was perfect for our pups. Happiest dogs on earth to be running & playing safely outside. The communication is top notch & the wine hit the spot after a long day of setting up for our son's wedding.

Overall we would recommend this place. It was a nice little house to stay in for a getaway. The house does have stairs for both entrances so it is not handicapped accessible so keep that in mind if you need to know and it is on a busy road, but otherwise it is a cute little place to stay.

Great place to reconnect

My cousin and I gathered at this cute little cottage for a long overdue visit. Such a perfect place to catch up and enjoy being together. We loved strolling through the Kingwood Gardens and Hall - as well as the nearby Bird Sanctuary. Hanging out in the comfort of this space was a great way to start and end each day! Would love to return.

Great little cottage

This is a great rental. Clean, cute and comfortable beds. Everything you need including complimentary coffee and bottle of wine! Only minor complaint is some street noise. I think if a sound machine was offered in ea of the bedrooms it would be perfect!

Cute, clean, and ideally located!

Very cute rental, and great hosts! Very clean! It’s RIGHT on a main road, but the botanical gardens are directly across the street, and the haunted reformatory is about an 8-10 minute drive. Cute, fenced in backyard that’s very private. We would stay again!

Darling Home!

This was our second stay at the Kingwood Cottage and it was wonderful. This home is extremely clean, very well appointed with most anything you need and nice extras, including a welcome bottle of wine! Our dogs enjoyed the large fenced in yard. This is the cutest lil place to stay when in Mansfield. Clean, new , bright, attention to detail was awesome! We attended a wedding at the gardens , literally right across the street, didn’t even have to drive to the wedding, such a short walk. Host even left a bottle of wine, coffee and water for us! Comfortable beds, Fenced in backyard with fire pit a super plus! Do not hesitate to book this property for a great stay. We stayed 2 nights.

Loved the cottage.Don't think much of the smart tv system. Only real problem was the plants around the walk way we had to step around them because they were overgrown.
