The home was clean and cozy. We were able to cook three meals without difficulty. Hosts were very responsive. The beds were comfortable. We will stay again when we are back in the area.
Wonderful trip. Accommodations worked out perfectly - very nice comfortable homey-ness combined with agreat location! Minutes to downtown and local streams & parks (amazing during heatwave!), just a little further to nice lake access.Host was extremely helpful - would highly recommend!
Overall we had a good stay. Just 3 older ladies on a girls weekend out. It was not as clean as we'd have liked but it wasn't filthy. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked.
Great place, very clean, lots of room very comfortable, great location perfect for fishing or boating. Owner was very easy to work with he took great care of us.
Had a great spring break with kids! My favorite item was the big tub! We only have a shower at home so when we travel I have to have a tub! Location was super close to hiking trails and outdoor adventures, so it was perfect for us. Thanks so much Moriah
We have stayed at 4 different places in IOP including 2 different condos in the same complex. This has been our absolute favorite! It has been kept up very well. Everything feels clean and updated and the decor is so cute! We felt right at home here. I always book our trips and my husband can't stop praising this place. We love it so much that we feel like we have found our place to come back to yearly! The hosts are lovely and clearly take pride in giving their guests a wonderful experience.
We came down to watch cheerleading competition! The vrbo rental was only 5
minutes away from where we are going & we truly appreciated to short distance drive! The home was clean and cute! We will come back if we ever come back in town.
Check in was easy, owner communicated about the lockbox the day of. Location is very quiet, easy to get to, and close to everything we wanted to get to. Neighborhood was very quiet and tucked away. Nice lot with shade trees. House was decorated very nice, furniture and beds were comfortable. It had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. WiFi was not great, it kept loading and crashing. The refrigerator was something else, you had to slam it shut and kick the bottom of the door in to get it to seal so stuff would stay cool. The main bedroom was hot and the cold air didn’t make it down there, and the AC struggled to keep up, during the day it was 80 inside. Soft spots and holes all over the floor. Two main ones outside the main shower and garden tub. The peel and stick tiles were popping up in some places and made it a bit of a trip hazard. All and all it was an ok property and very affordable.
The property was as pictured and it is clear someone has put a lot of love and thought into it. There were a few things that the owner might not have known about, and when I told him at checkout his response was lukewarm. The heat did not work, but it was the first weekend in October so it probably hadn't been tested yet. There were a few bugs in the kitchen. There was also a gas smell that was noticeable when entering the kitchen in the morning or after being gone all day. These are all things that are easily fixed and then it would be 5 stars.
We drove down from St. Louis, MO, to take care of some business at the Chickasaw headquarters, and to see the recreation area and cultural center. The cabin was the perfect central location for us. The recreation area is literally around the corner, and our girls were even able to camp nearby with their dog. We really appreciated the abundance of linens and extra blankets, as well as all of the coffee and drink pods for the Keurig. All of the amenities were plentiful!!
