Commodore 1205 3 BR/ BA - Free Beach Chairs!

This spacious 12th floor beachfront vacation rental condo at Commodore is awaiting your arrival as the perfect vacation destination in Panama City Beach, Florida! The master bedroom of unit 1205 features a king bed with private bathroom, while the second master bedroom hosts a king bed with an additional private bathroom. The third bedroom hosts two full beds with access to the units 3rd bathroom. The beachfront balcony is large and spacious and provides a great spot to watch the sun rise or sun set! Both master bedrooms and the den have access to the ocean front balcony.

The owner of this condo provides a 2 person cabana chair with umbrella for guest to use from late March to mid October with a rental reservation.

The Commodore is located on the east end of Thomas Drive in the Lower Grand Lagoon section of Panama City Beach. Great Restaurants like Patches, Schooner's, Dat Cajun Place, The Grand Marlin, Captain Anderson's, Andy's Flour Power and J Michael's make dining out super easy while on vacation in the area.

St. Andrews State Park is 2 mins away and the family can enjoy hiking, sunbathing, and numerous activities at the beach area of the state park. The St. Andrews Marina is just 4 mins away and fishing excursions and dolphin tours are bookable on any given day. For the golfers in the group there are numerous golf courses just 15 mins away.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

Must be 25 and over to rent this beachfront vacation rental condo in Panama City Beach. 2 cars maximum allowed with rental.

Perfect stay

We came down to PCB for an elopement on the beach at St Andrews State Park. Perfect location and amenities for our situation. Clean upon arrival and plenty of room.

Property was well secured and maintained. Guests and residents were all friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and accommodating. Elevator was fast. Views were spectacular. Close proximity to everything desirable: shopping, restaurants, fishing, relaxing, entertainment. Excellent family vacation, multiple generations.

The condo was amazing, the pictures online don’t do it justice. The property was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The weather didn’t cooperate this trip , but the views and the ocean were beautiful.

Thanksgiving Vacation

The unit was very roomy, clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean was like no other. The pool and hot tub were great plus it has a kiddie pool. The beds were very comfortable and had nice furnishings. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking a meal. We will definitely be booking this unit again if it's available.

First it was too short which was our fault based on the time available. Second a super clean well appointed condo. Good location, great section of the beach. Highly recommended. Only complaint would be such an early check out.

Great balcony, beautiful condo

The condo was very comfortable. Well stocked and nicely decorated. Perfect for our 2 weeks stay. First week 6 adults and the second week 4 adults and 3 kids were with us. Great that it had 3 bathrooms and the two master bedrooms with balconies was perfect. One small suggestion would be to have a couple of small tables on balcony for drinks and such. Overall, it was a great stay at the quieter end of the beach.

Great location at a great condo

I loved the location of the Commodore. It’s on the quiet end of Panama City Beach. Closer to St Andrew’s and the marina for charter fishing and boat cruises. Overall the room was very nice with a huge balcony. My only complaint with the room was one of the master suites had paper towel stuck in a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. The other suite had a shower head screwed to the door frame and it causes it to leak on the floor a lot. That could’ve been remedied with a new dual head shower head. Some of the trim work needs fixed. These were only eyesores and overall the room was really nice. Best location for sure. Close to patches for good food and drinks!

Spacious condo with great views

More accurate rating would be 4.5 stars. Overall it was a good stay, good location, with fast elevators. The unit itself is a little outdated and a few upgraded finishing touches would really set it apart. The bathroom caulking was moldy, but after soaking it with bleach spray, it was fine. The unit does include the basics needed for a family vacation; including sharp knives, which is a rarity for rental condos. The check out time of 9 am is very early and needs to be planned for.
