The light-filled interiors, newly renovated kitchen, and large yard are perfect spaces to hang out. Our historic 200-year-old Oak Tree shades the entire yard and features a beautiful hanging daybed and solar lanterns for a magical nighttime look. Large TVs, a powerful AC system, and blackout shades in each room allow you to recover and recharge.

We hosted twelve, 18-19 year old college freshmen on Spring Break and safety and location were important. The house is centrally located and close to the highway, airport, downtown and the beaches. It has a gate that gives privacy and extra security. The owners were receptive, quick to reply and courteous. If we have to host again we will come back to casa Coco.

This property is so beautiful! Very nice and spacious and well kept. I stayed here with a few friends and the host was amazing. Very easy to contact them. They even had games already in the living room so it was perfect!

Beautiful stay!

The house is gorgeous and was perfect for our group. The location was quiet and felt private even though the pool is in the front yard. We were close to shops and things to keep us entertained and short uber ride from anything you would want to do/see in town. The common areas inside and outside fit us all comfortably and the AC really did wonders against Miami humidity! Some of the quirks noted in other reviews are true but that comes with a house instead of a hotel and it didn't take away from our experience at all.

Has potential, but not there yet

We stayed with my elderly uncle and aunt while our own house nearby was being renovated. Upon arrival, the bougainvillea in the listing photos were dead, the lawn full of weeds, and the neighborhood less than ideal. Check-in was fine. The entry closet doors were off their track, the kitchen not large enough to be functional. The place overall just had a dingy, dirty, unkept vibe. One of the appealing features of the property was the little en-suite studio on the ground for our uncle and his wife. That room felt more like a storage room. Extra side tables, lamps, etc that just made the room uncomfortable to be in. We spent an hour trying to sort out the remotes. They that had dead batteries and not located in the room with the tv they operated. To make it more fun, the remote brand didn’t match the tv brand in most cases. Then we lost cable and none of the TVs worked. Bedding was sparse. The sheets and blanket were too small for the bed and super thin. We didn’t use any of the outdoor space. I get it, leaves fall from the oak-we have the same at our house. But the front yard furniture was dirty, grass overgrown with weeds. Random solar lights all over. Location is really why we stayed there being that it was close to our own house. We only stayed two nights instead of the 5 night we rented. Made dinners at our own house. And sat in our own back yard.
