We could not have picked a better home for our vacation! Everything was perfect, perfect location, perfect space for our young child to play, and perfect hosts. Check-in was a breeze, and we had no issues during our stay. Will try to book again when we’re back in town. Highly recommend!

Lovely pet-friendly home base for exploring Richmond! Everything we wanted to explore was within 10 minutes’ drive. The neighborhood is modest but people clearly take pride in their homes and community. We appreciated having separate rooms for ourselves and each of our two teens. Would stay here again!

We had an excellent stay in Ricmond. The house was clean and well decorated and they left coffee for us, which was well appreciated for our first morning there as we did not have to run out first hing in the morning. I would highly recommend staying at this house if you are looking to visit Richmond.

Had a wonderful stay. The property is super clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood, yet still conveniently located close to everything we wanted to see in Richmond. Loved being in walking distance of the park and trails. The host was super communicative and proactive with tons of recommendations. We hope to be back soon!

This home was an amazing "home base" for our wedding party to stay over in/get ready in the day of our Maymont wedding. It is beautifully decorated and made for awesome photos too. The property owner was very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Maymont!

This was the perfect home for our stay over Christmas. It was impeccably clean and perfect for our family of 6 adults, and 2 dogs. The yard is securely fenced, and very large! Thank You for allowing us to stay in your home!

James’ home was perfect for our short trip to visit family. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room inside and our dog loved the big yard. Thank you!

Property was in a great location. Beds squeaked terribly, and there is only one shower. The full bathroom is a jack & jill shared bathroom, which I wish would have been pointed out in the listing. No counter space in bathrooms & Street parking only. Quiet clean neighborhood and conveniently located. Check in is at 4pm and in my opinion is a bit late. Check out at 10am is too early….. So a 5 day stay is really 4 with check in and check out times as they are. Overall a nice property.

The Jack‑and‑Jill setup is noted specifically as: “The lower level features two cozy queen bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan and direct access to a shared Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo.” The home also has one bathroom, as listed. Check‑out times are standard and ensure our cleaning team has the necessary time to prepare the home for incoming guests. They are also noted prior to guest booking for transparency. Great location and comfy!

This house was great for a family getaway with 3 adults and 4 teenagers. The upstairs room was used by the older kids, and the younger kids camped out in the living room on the fold out futon and a single air mattress we brought with us. House was well stocked and just as described. Decent sized backyard and in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Weekend in Richmond

House was very clean and well-stocked with essentials for a comfortable weekend. We were able to easily access points from University or Richmond to downtown (and in-between). Enjoyed being able to walk to Maymont and James River Park trials. All in all a great weekend place.

Peaceful getaway in a comfortable and well appointed setting.

I was in the area visiting family and needed a place to stay for the week, along with my dog. This home was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The fenced yard was a fantastic plus for my dog to play outside. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again.
