Husband's birthday in the Rose Room

We were celebrating my husband's birthday and needed to stay in the Roanoke area and booked through VRBO. I had immediate communications with the property manager and coordinator, both were accommodating. When they found out it was my husband's birthday they allowed me to drop some decorations off before check in and then added champagne as a nice touch. They normally don't have the in room AC this early in the season but when they found the room to be warm, they installed the AC and had the room cool before our arrival. We enjoyed out stay and it made it convenient being so close to so many Roanoke spots that we were visiting to celebrate.
