This was an easy check in, easy to communicate with the owner. If I had a question I would send a message & her response time was great. I would definitely stay here again. Especially if I had 6-8 people. The home is big & it has a split design. Definitely 5 stars.

It is fine for a place to sleep. A few light fixtures not working, No cushions on the patio furniture. Parking for more than 1 vehicle is difficult but workable. Good location. Easy check in. It served its purpose.

Visited family and San Francisco. Everything near by. Loads of small mom and pop businesses with fun farmer markets. Not perfect, yet for the money the very minor blemishes on the property made this an excellent value. I will be returning to this property.

We were happy with this beautiful home. Location was perfect! The house was clean, supplied with all necessities, host communication top notch. Highly recommend!

Plenty of space for a group. Clean and pleasant house. Street had very little parking but no complaints otherwise.

Family Time

This property had amply room and ammentities fod our family gathering. There was nothing else we needed here. The neighborhood is good, safe and respectful. We would rent this property again.

Nice and quiet neighborhood property

House was clean. Checking in was quick and simple. We had access to the property with no issues. The host was very responsive when needed. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. The road to the house was pretty packed neighborhood with cars. Overall, we were happy with the stay.

Nice property

There were 8 of us who stayed here, 5 adults and 1 teen, and two pre teens. The house was very clean and cute. There was some bottled water and coffee provided by the host which was nice. The host was very communicative and check in and check out was easy. We arrived to town a few hours early and the host let us check in early which was much appreciated. The house is in a good location and is a short drive to the freeway, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The beds were a little hard but that was really the only con to our stay.

I would rate this stay 3 stars. The property does not have AC, which made the stay uncomfortable. The area isn’t the best, and the house itself feels very outdated with old furnishings and overall condition. One of the bathrooms is extremely small, especially the toilet area, which was inconvenient to use. Parking can also be an issue, as neighbors tend to block the driveway, leaving you to park on the street. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this property again.

The house wads very dated and had many flaws. The bathroom in the master bedroom was the wirst I have ever experienced. The pedestal sink is about 12 inches from the toilet. The shower was only about 39 inches wide and you had to stand off to the side of the shower head to take a shower. The house has a capacity for 8 guests but only 6 dinner plates. The couch and deck furniture were very cheap and uncomfortable.

The house is clean and spacious, with a lovely back deck. It is in a residential neighborhood very near the hills. The driveway access was great. And the 4 bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of closet space, if very sparsely furnished. Fiona was very responsive and communicative. Our family was in California for a wedding, and we made the wedding cake here. For that purpose, the house was adequate, and the cake was a success. I especially appreciated the large refrigerator. However, there is not a lot of seating for a family to gather, especially on the back deck. And the master bathroom is very very small, and awkward to use for large, tall, or people with difficulty maneuvering tight spaces.

Description is deceiving

property looks nice in photos, but once at the residence there was no parking for 2 large vehicles, and you have to fight for a spot on the street, because if you leave to go to the store at night your spot will be taken. Tv in the front room did not work at all, came on but could not change channels. Last but not least the house has no AC, so if you like 80 degrees this is fine for you otherwise may want to stay else where, like we did. 1 night is all we could handle.

Fiona was awesome and communicated timely. She was very accommodating. The house can be your home away from home. Just be aware that the master bedroom’s bathroom is a bit tight but functional. Better than having just one bathroom. The location is near everything. All-in-all, we enjoyed our week long stay.
