NEW*Updated Cozy cottage 10 min from the beach!

Summary:
Our little piece of paradise is only 10 minutes away from the gorgeous beaches of Manasota Key. There is plenty of activities for couples and for families to enjoy throughout your stay.

Our cozy house has recently been freshly painted and updated with new queen size beds, a bunk bed in 1 of the bedrooms, and we provide fresh linens and pillows that are perfect for a restful sleep.

The Space:
Our house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and an outside shower to rinse off after a hot day at the beach or a family BBQ in the backyard.

The Neighborhood:
quiet, peaceful and family friendly

Other Things to Note:
The house is very clean and stylish. It has a brand new and spacious sofa sleeper that can comfortably accommodate your extra guests, a well equipped kitchen, and a carbon monoxide and smoke detector for your safety.

Home has been updated with appliances and decor. Very quiet, safe neighbor with residual walking and biking options. Conveniently located 10min from the beach. Plus, they had lots of beach toys, chairs and towels. We added some boggie boards for the next family. We’d love to stay here again.

Englewood Cottage

Overall it is a cute, comfortable and quiet house in a neighborhood that is still recovering from a hurricane Ian. It was clean but had obviously just been sprayed for bugs and they were still on the floor.

Not quite as expected

The pictures don’t accurately represent the current state of the property. The trash bins haven’t been emptied and were overflowing outside and the blinds on the slider were broken. The neighborhood was quiet but run down. The communication with the owner was great at checkin but didn’t provide check out instructions. Disappointed for the rate we paid. Location was convenient to beaches and restaurants.
