No surprises here unless it's a surprise that your expectations were surpassed with all the amenities & attention to detail the site failed to deliver. Unexpected Wifi or cable TV outage? No worries- Bridget has direct communication with provider 24/7 for prompt attention! No property management group to deal with-one call & you're speaking to the owner who can offer immediate assistance, recommendations or even possibly bend the rules slightly.
CLEANING FEE: WE CONSISTENTLY utilize high-standards in our cleaning & sanitizing practices as reflected by the 2-day restriction between reservations to ensure ample time to complete thorough cleaning. Cleaning fee of $175 reflects our thorough cleaning practices, the time required & high-quality supplies utilized to complete the job, allowing you & your family to relax during your stay, confident the property has been properly cleaned (NO SHORT-CUTS!)
