Space 375 sq. ft.
Property type condo
Minimum Stay 1 - 3 nights

About the property

Condo, Studio + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)

This efficiency condo is located on Main Street in the center of downtown Frisco. After a jam-packed day of outdoor activities, enjoy the convenience of being a block or two away from all of the shops, restaurants and entertainment on Main Street Frisco. Your reserved off street parking spot is only about 10 steps from the building.

My condo is appointed with newer, upscale furniture and furnishings. The condo was renovated in November 2016 with new paint, flooring, quartz counter tops, & lighting. The living area is appointed with a queen leather sleeper sofa and Mission style recliner, along with a comfy Murphy bed with down comforter. The room is accented by large windows providing awesome views of Buffalo and Chief Mountains and the rest of the Eagles Nest sanctuary. The unit is equipped with WIRELESS secured internet access. The compact kitchen is equipped with a new stainless mini fridge, Advantium oven (microwave/convection), 2 burner hot plate, coffee maker, toaster oven, George Forman grill & other small appliances.

If a HOT TUB is a must, you will enjoy the outdoor hot tub overlooking Ten Mile Range and Frisco Historic Park. In addition to the spectacular views, the next best feature of the hot tub is its location - just a few steps down the hall from my condo. There is also a workout/exercise area for use during your stay.

The town of Frisco is located in the heart of Summit County Ski Country - situated among four world class ski resorts - Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and A-Basin. Each resort is within 10 miles of Frisco and all are accessible via Summit County’s free transportation system, Summit Stage. The Summit Stage stop is less than a block down Main Street.

The Vail/Beaver Creek area is a short drive (20 miles) west on I-70.

Frisco started out as an 1800’s mining camp. It now has the look and feel of a Colorado ski town, but without the crowds! Surrounded by the awe inspiring Rocky Mountains, notably Ten Mile Range and the Eagles Nest wildlife areas, Frisco sits on the western shores of Lake Dillon making it a year round resort destination.

Frisco provides access to a full range of year-round outdoor activities in addition to skiing/boarding and other winter fun to include golf, mountain biking, hiking, boating, hunting, fishing, kayaking, etc.

On my calendar, if you find that your desired dates are booked, see VRBO #318788, which is my adjoining property or look at VRBO #39207, also next door. These are 1 bedroom/2 bath units.

Similar amenities, same GREAT LOCATION.

About Alyson Canepa

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I moved to Longmont, Colorado in 1982. I have always loved the mountains & remember driving along I-70 & noticing the little town of Frisco. Riding my bike through Frisco in 2000, I knew I had to own property here. I purchased my first condo in Frisco in 2004 (VRBO #39207) & the 2 condos next door in 2010 (VRBO #318788 & this adjoining studio). I love the serenity & the convenience of all that Main Street has to offer and the close proximity of the Recpath for bike riding & access to hiking. Lake Dillon is just a short walk too. Frisco has continued to offer more & more summer activities, most of which take place right outside my door. Ski areas & other shopping are easy to access via the Summit Stage. I hope you will enjoy my "Home Away From Home" as much as I do. I am a licensed Realtor(R) in the State of Colorado.

Great condo with one exception

  • 4 of 5

First, let me say that we were very happy, overall, with this condo. The unit is small but is nicely appointed and in a fantastic location! The condo is on Main St. in Frisco and all of the shops, bars, restaurants, events, etc. are within easy walking distance. This was SO very convenient. We were there two nights. One of the nights we could hear the neighbors TV very loudly through the walls. I'm not sure how common that is as we only heard it the one night. Still, the condo was great for us. We really enjoyed the hot tub overlooking Main Street as well!

Quaint, rustic, and charming in a perfect location

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I came to Colorado to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and also attend a wedding in Vail. This little apartment was the perfect spot. Frisco is a sweet little town and this place is right in the middle of it all. We hiked, biked and shopped. There was plenty to do, and we were close enough to Vail without all the cost. The apartment itself was perfect. It was stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub and work out room were an added bonus. The place is small, so sleeping four would be tight but certainly doable. The walls are a little thin, and we often heard our neighbors, but we turned on the fan in the bathroom and that easily took care of the noise. This was the perfect place for two old second honeymooners!

Great location and easy logistics

  • 5 of 5

We loved this little studio for a Frisco getaway with our two year old son. It didn't feel tight even though it was a studio. The logistics of getting in and out of the condo were easy with the owner. We would definitely go back.

We loved the location and it was perfect for two. We had everything we needed for a long eeekend stay. Being on main, made it ideal for walking to where we needed to go.

Great location, but very small.

  • 3 of 5

We really enjoyed the location, we were less than five minutes from both our sons homes. Condo was very reasonable in price. Bright light from Windows, heat worked well. Parking right behind condo. We had a lot to bring in and used the elevator to our advantage.

Some concerns and suggestions. Really no place to store clothing. We had to live out of the suitcase for a week. Shower rod kept falling down, we had to remove outer curtain because it was so heavy. Shower rod really needs to be permanently attached to wall. Really no place to put food we purchased. The bar chairs were not comfortable, a card table and folding chairs would have been nice. Although the parking was right behind the condo, where we were suppose to park had about two inches of water, so we ended parking in another spot. Also, parking lot had about three to four inches of ice, very unsafe.

We did enjoy our stay, we spent a lot of time at our sons homes. If your just going to use condo for sleeping I would recommend it.

Great Location and Updated Studio

  • 5 of 5

Location, location, location...right on Main street, we walked to all the restaurants and shops...can't be beat. Loved the updated studio with a gas fireplace, very clean and efficient use of space. The only down side was the thin walls when we went to bed early and the neighbors came home late. This studio included a parking space and secured entries...felt very safe in this location. The owner was great about communicating on a timely basis all the details we needed to stay here. We would definitely stay here again.
