The space
Gorgeous 6 bedroom 5 bath with a loft

Guest access
This large gorgeous 6 bedroom 5 bath house is all yours. It has 3 levels the top being a loft area with 2 Queen size beds. The kitchen is recently updated with granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. There are two dining tables that can sit 16 people in total at a time. Each living room has a 50 inch or larger smart TV with Roku. Game room has a pool table, arcade games, a mini-fridge, multiple board games and a popcorn machine. Lastly, you have access to the seasonal community pool.

Other things to note
21 person count DOES include the futon and 2 pull out sleeper couches. Otherwise the cabin can sleep 16 without any pull out sofas or the futon.

Each fireplace is electric.

You will receive a smart-lock entry code to the guest on check-in day for the front entrance.

After the rental agreement is signed and the deposit is scheduled, you will receive a message with check-in details 72 days before your arrival.

All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

QUIET TIME 11:00 PM

The cabin is in the woods and so you may see bears however they are rare. The cabin is sprayed monthly for insects however there's a chance you still may see some in the cabin since it's located in the woods.

A starter set of soaps, shampoos, toiletries, and coffee are provided.

The cabin felt very clean and roomy. We had great communication with the owner, and he was quick to respond to our needs. Easy to find, easy to check in, easy to check out, and what an awesome location. Lots of games, TVs, comfy beds, hot clean jacuzzi, and everyone in the family had fun. Thanks for a great stay! We hope to come back ASAP.

Our group of 16 really enjoyed our stay! The host checked in several times to make sure we had what we needed and the cabin was very clean and well maintained. The kids enjoyed the video games and the hot tub, and the balcony was a nice, relaxing place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.

Everyone had a good time, but were suprised to find only 5 forks to eat with and 0 washcloths. The house could use a good handyman as several of the plugs were so loose our cell phones wouldn't charge and we had to do some honeydo work for one of the bathroom doors to lock.

The host was very welcoming, the home was lovely and clean and the location is very close to everything. Could use a little more silverware and the refrigerator wasn’t super cold. But other than that we had a great time!

Thank you for the 5 star review. Additional silverware was purchased. It's common for the refrigerator to be like this since there are many guests opening and closing the door however it is functioning normally.

We throughly enjoyed our stay, celebrating Christmas, December 11-14, at Big Pine Lodge! The accommodation perfectly fit our family group of 16. Kyle is a wonderful host, always available and timely addressing our needs! The details were appreciated by the family members, ei., the Christmas tree in the den. Location is ideal for meals and attractions. We plan to stay here again on our next visit to Pigeon Forge.

The cabin was beautiful and very clean! Plenty of room for our group and a perfect location with adequate parking which was great! Only issues were the main refrigerator did not keep things cold even on the coldest setting. We were not at the cabin during the day so having the doors open and closed a lot was not the problem. When I booked the cabin check-out was at 11am (I have a screenshot) and the day before the host messaged with checkout information stating that checkout was at 10am and when asked about it and sent the screenshot he would not honor the booking checkout time. Unless the next group decided to come a day early there was no one coming in that day of our checkout because the owner had previously offered us to extend our stay for a day gap between bookings so in my opinion the checkout of 11am should have been honored. As mentioned in several other previous reviews for this cabin, there were still several loose plugins that chargers wouldn’t stay in, and still only enough silverware for 5-6 people. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable!

A great large place with close proximity to all the activities in Pigeon Forge. Good play area and hot tub for all ages. Neighborhood was very pleasant and we even had a friendly bear trapsing through the area.

We love the surrounding area with all the amenities and proximity to the Smoky Mountains and thought this would be a great place to visit.
