The Master Bedroom upstairs invites you to come relax and slumber in its King Bed and spacious private bathroom. Don't forget to light the fireplace and snuggle up for a movie in bed! The private balcony gifts you with a lovely view of the quaint downtown area. Come back down to the entry level to find another fresh and cozy bedroom.

With a fully equipped kitchen, you can cook any mealtime favorites...But we won't blame you if you would rather take advantage of the fantastic dining options Downtown Blue Ridge has to offer. You're on vacation right?

The cottage was amazing! One block away from all the fun in downtown Blue Ridge, beautiful balconies overlooking downtown with great sunrise views, and plenty of room for my family and our dog. We used the pool table and the arcade games every night, and liked the gas fireplace for the chilly nights. Host made everything easy.

Nice stay in Blue Ridge

Very convenient to downtown Blue Ridge! Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. If I had to make any suggestion, it would be maybe some seating in the basement rec room, but that's it. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful, clean house, in a super convenient location to downtown Blue Ridge. Really enjoyed our stay here. Having some coffee or pods for the coffee machine would have made it perfect.

We loved the house and enjoyed staying so close to town. I wish we had 2 towels per guest instead of 1, however the linens were all good quality and very clean.

Great home!

We needed a blaze for our annual girls trip and this was secluded enough for privacy, but yet close enough to Blue Ridge to go into town and enjoy. The house was lovely and fully stocked clean and checking in and getting questions answered was very easy highly recommend this property!

Great spot in Blue Ridge

I’ve stayed in Blue Ridge several times and different places; this will be a repeat. Location is great, just a block from the main drag, and the property was clean, well kept, and a good sign to me was the ample, clean, and “in good shape” cooking utensils, pots pans etc. everything in the kitchen was what you would want to use. I’ve stayed at other homes when half the kitchen utensils are worn out. Cheers!

The house is great! Perfectly set up for groups with friends & family. 3 levels allow separate time & comfort as well as a great gathering area. We loved the house. The only downside was very low water pressure.

Great Property

Enjoyed this spacious rental. Multiple areas to spread out and enjoy friends and family. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The only downside was being on first street … it’s a very busy street and a main thoroughfare … pretty noisy during the day.

4th of July in Blue Ridge

The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped so we could enjoy some easy meals at home. The beds were super comfortable. In spit of traffic noise, the screen porch was a favorite feature. Sadly we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the pool table but loved that it was available. Being so close to town that it was an easy walk was delightful.

Great Location

We have rented with Southern Comfort before and have only had good experiences. This property is a great location walking distance to town. We liked the layout with a bedroom on each floor. It has carpets on the stairs and upstairs which are a bit worn, and the bedding was pretty basic, but otherwise the beds were very comfy and the home was well appointed with plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful home and a great location

This was our second stay at this home. We Loved our stay and the location gives such an easy walk into town. It has a Great layout for families, it is very comfortable. Beautiful kitchen, loved the screened in porch. There are so many thoughtful amenities you offer, like bathroom and kitchen boxes filled with everything we could need! Our only suggestions would be to get better pillows (the ones you have are very flat) and make sure tv's are functional. We hope the new owners, once it sells, continue to offer it for short term rentals. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Beautiful house and great location

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was lovely and beautifully decorated. We played pool each evening and loved that we could walk right into the village for dinner. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was really nice - just be aware that the only option for coffee was a keurig. The only other thing to know is there are not enough towels. But there are decks on each level, there are tv's on each level as well as board games and books to read - so much space and opportunity to relax! We will be looking to book this house again soon!

The property was even better than the pictures .The only downside was not having at least one pod to wash clothes, no coffee pods, you have to buy a box. No cooking spray, and wasn"t clear where to take trash no cans on property.

A view on the hill

The house was very nice. The only negative thing I could say about the house was that the steps to access the house were a tad steep. And the walk from the first floor down the path to the street was not for older or less agile people or baby strollers. However we made do by dropping off some and returning to walk for ourselves. Would definitly stay here again. Thanks!

The first property we rented was misrepresented because there was a long steep stairway between the parking and the house. We didn't know that, but the Southern Comfort rep did a great job finding us another place, and that's why I only gave you 3 stars for Property accurately advertised

Perfect House and Location

The house is absolutely PERFECT. The location could not be better. We walked downtown which was only 1 block from the house. The steps down to the street are steep but very manageable. We had wine flights and flatbread at The Vine for lunch. Super nice place. We had dinner at Chester Brunnmeyer's. The shrimp and grits are wonderful there. We got pizza from Massaria's Kitchen and it was also really good. NO complaints at all about the area. We whitewater rafted the Middle Ocoee, drove to Helen and innertubed the Chattahoochie River, innertubed on the Taccoa River. Had lunch at the Burra Burra in Copperhill, TN and sat outside and watched the river while eating. All in all the vacation was perfect.
