AlwaysSunny is a Galveston condo is located right on the beach at the highly-popular Seascape community. Seascape is one of the few complexes in Galveston that you do not have to cross the Seawall to get to the beach as it sits directly on the beach.

Completely renovated floor-to-ceiling in 2021- including new flooring, lighting, paint, kitchen, bathrooms, and a custom tile main shower/bath. Enjoy this open-concept living space with a relaxed, beachy vibe. Unwind in a sitting area with a cushioned couch, additional seating, and a 40” wall-mounted TV. A full kitchen features essential appliances to make meal prep a cinch. Nearby, a tucked-away dining area offers seating for four. The spacious main bedroom features a shiplap accent wall, a 32” smart-enabled flat-screen TV, and a dedicated entry to the deck. Guests also have a closet for storage and an en suite bathroom with a custom tiled shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has accent ship lap walls, a 32” flat-screen TV/DVD combo, a luggage rack, and a closet for storage. A hallway alcove doubles as a cozy bunk room complete with shiplap walls with dedicated lighting - a handy extra sleeping space for families with kids. Need to do some work while you are here? Don’t worry, wifi is provided.

This unique double balcony features plenty of room to enjoy the front-row view of the ocean. Ready to go to the beach? Grab the chairs and beach toys in the unit and don't forget the sunscreen!

Seascape features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors of the complex.

Please note that the HOA requires all guests to be counted towards occupancy, regardless of age, and guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. The host fee in the quote includes the cleaning fee and HOA nightly surcharge (parking).

The Seascape Resort is located in a great spot just near the end of the seawall. So it’s an easy drive into town and you can access the seawall by foot as well. It’s beachfront and in an area where the beach doesn’t get too crowded and there’s few if any cars on the beach. It’s easy to get to the beach and there’s a pool as well. It’s really ideal for families with young kids, nice for a couples getaway, but I wouldn’t recommend it for spring breakers looking to party. There’s security at the entrance and limited parking and it’s generally quiet at night. Always Sunny has two nice balconies that face the rising sun and the beach. Host communication was excellent and accommodating. The unit was clean with comfortable beds, plenty of towels and linens and basic kitchen necessities for 6 people. It was a great stay and we would book this unit again.

Our contact for our stay at Seascape Resort, Jessica, was very accessible and prompt to answer all our questions. She provided excellent service and was very helpful throughout our stay! Seascape Resort provides great features for a stay in Galveston! Great direct access to the beach, outdoor showers and foot showers, nice pool area and hot tub! Very conveniently located to West End of island for quiet walks, enjoying gulf waves, birds and beaches. Also just a short drive to shopping and restaurants. It’s a unique and great place for a stay on Galv. Island!

We had a wonderful time hanging at the pool and the beach. It's so nice to not have to cross a busy street to get to the beach. It was a holiday weekend so we also enjoyed being close to the action but not 'in it' all the time. The kitchen was well appointed so we had several meals at the condo.

Perfect sized condo for our family of 4 (two teens). Everyone had enough space and privacy. We love the Seascape condos because of the pool and close access to the beach, but also the staff is amazing and the whole place has a great vibe. Lots of families and adventures with ghost crab hunting and sea shell finding. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very firm, hubby loved and I prefer softer. We loved our time and will keep coming back!

Good, but construction noise and loud footsteps from above at night.

As of Feb 2025, a large condo complex named Tiara is being built in the adjacent lot. They have a huge diesel generator running 24/7. It’s loud and disturbing on the balcony. (It’s audible but not disturbing in the condo.) We were awoken every night by loud footsteps in the condo above. Not kids. Just shuffling to the bathroom and back. White noise machine didn’t help because it really sounded like somebody was walking around in our condo.Communication with the property manager was great. Other than the noise problems, the condo was as described. Easy check-in, even late at night. Very friendly and attentive security staff. Location is perfect because it’s close enough to town for a cheap Uber but past the seawall so it’s more scenic and easier to get to the beach.Recommend looking for a condo in this complex not on the construction side and on the top floor.

I enjoyed every morning at 7:15 ish watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The property, beach, and water was clean and enjoyed. Did not go to the pool since it was pretty crowded daily with youngsters. A plug to the Seawall Coffee Company across the highway in the shopping center. You are missing out if you do not stop in several times during your stay.

Jessica’s place is absolutely heaven! Seascape is a wonderful property. It’s very convenient to be able to walk over the foot bridge to the private beach. The pool and hot tubs are amazing too. This condo was very clean! The host was very responsive when I had questions. The king sized bed and queen sized beds were both comfortable. We did not use the bunks. The views and sounds from the balconies are so peaceful! The sunrises were beautiful and the balconies were shaded in the afternoon. We loved our stay at this condo. We will be back the next time we want to stay in Galveston! Just two things of note, bring bug spray. The mosquitos can be a bit much in Galveston. The stove top and microwave worked great. The oven is apartment sized and worked but man does it have a learning curve. Haha.

The Perfect Beach Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Galveston! The condo was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. There was some water damage from the hurricane, but that was to be expected since it had just happened two prior to our visit. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy for us to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The condo's balcony offered stunning views of the ocean, making it the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or watch the sunset. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They provided all of the beach accessories, which was a nice touch. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Galveston.

Family get away

The condo was great for our family. We had two couples and 3 kids ages 2-9. The kids loved the bunk beds! The large balcony was also great for the whole crew to enjoy. The beach was very spacious and felt almost private. The pool area was very fun and the kiddie pool came in handy as well! We are already looking to book again for next summer!
