The fully equipped kitchen includes a beautiful granite bar top seating for 5 and an indoor dining table for 8. There is a Keurig coffee maker at this home for you to enjoy your favorite brew.

Pets allowed with Owner Approval and a non-refundable $250 pet fee per dog. No pets are allowed on the furniture or beds at any time.
This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. ***The renter will be asked to send a photo of their drivers license upon booking. If paying with a credit card, a 4% credit card processing fee will apply. All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable Security Deposit of $3000 will be collected at time of booking.
This home accommodates up to 2 cars and 1 trailer. If you require additional parking, please contact us to check if extra vehicles can be accommodated.
