Very nice small, remodeled 2-bedroom house close to downtown and route 66. Tim is very easy to communicate with, and a great host. The only thing somewhat of a disappointment was the questionable neighborhood. Note: If you park in the garage, be aware it is quite small. My Subaru barely fit.

This is a my second stay at this property and it is has been great both times. The neighborhood is small and quiet. The house is perfect for a single person stay since it's small. I feel safe there and it's convenient for all the places I needed to go to during my stay. Tim is a fantastic host so I will, if possible, always stay here when I come to Amarillo. House is updated located in good location for food. Overall house is okay but once you start looking you notice the cleaning people do not do a good job. Beds were old spring mattress that if ur partner moves at all u feel it. Overall glad I was only here 1 night
