The avenue may derive its name from its proximity to Daly City's BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) station, which is an essential transportation hub for both residents and visitors.

Along the street, you will find a mix of commercial establishments, including shops, restaurants, and businesses. The street offers a range of dining options, from local eateries to well-known chains, providing a diverse culinary experience for residents and visitors alike.

The upper level features 4 bedrooms, with two having their own private bathrooms, and an additional bathroom in the hallway. Three out of four bedrooms upstairs are equipped with their own TVs, providing entertainment and relaxation options for guests.

Kindly note that this home has two sets of stairs: the main stairs located at the main entrance and an internal staircase. If the door to the internal stairs happens to be locked, please contact us, and we’ll provide instructions to unlock it.

Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 8 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $35 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 16.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.
