Big 43'+ long & 15'+ wide heated swimming pool. This house is over 3,100 square feet. The MBR on the main floor has a queen-sized bed, master bath, dresser, tv & walk-in closet, the other bedroom on the main floor has 3 king-sized beds and 1 full-sized bed, 2 dressers, 2 closets, and tv. The BIG dining room has 2 dining tables seating for 14 persons, 3 bar stools and a 70" tv with a kitchen and a 2nd refrigerator. The BIG recreation room upstairs has a pool table, a drink cooler, 70" tv and a set of sofa. 3 bedrooms & 1 bath are upstairs, bedroom #1 has 2 queen-sized beds, a baby crib, tv & walk-in closet with drawers, the bedroom #2 has a full-sized bed and a queen-sized bed, dresser, tv & walk-in closet, bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds, dresser, tv and walk-in closet, there are also bikes, pool toys, pool fences, stroller, high chair, baby walker, baby bath tub and baby play pen. There are also patio table and 6 chairs, another picnic table with additional seating for 8, 9 lounge chairs and BBQ grill in the heated swimming pool and big 100 foot long screened lanai area. Big circular driveway parking for 10+ cars. 8 TVS. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED. 100% FULL REFUNDS for hurricane evacuation cancellations.
Please do NOT set the air conditioner thermostat settings to below 72 degree, as it may cause the evaporators to iced up, thus prevent the cooling. Thank you.

If you have kids, there are pool fences inside of the garage that can you can use to prevent kids to have access to the swimming pool and all of the patio door latches are up high, out of their reach.

The house is very spacious and plenty of beds/sleeping arrangements. Having 2 full-size refrigerators was very nice. The pool was perfect for the grandkids to wind down after a day at the beach.

Graduation Party

The property has spacious bedrooms, everything you would need in a kitchen and plenty of dining space. Property owner was easy to access prior to arrival. However was difficult to connect through VRBO was I checked in. Check-in process was smooth. Weather was bad so we didn't get the opportunity to enjoy the pool. Party was a success. Overall I would recommend this property.

Feb stay

The house looked more spaced out in the pictures. The pool is pretty big. The trash bins were full, so we were unable to throw away our trash bags. The floors were dirty. There is only 2.5 bathrooms for 20 people, it was inconvenient. Overall it was an okay stay.

I have asked the previous guests to take out the trash the day before you checked in and they had assured me that they did and so we had them checked out at 11AM and you checked in at 4PM on the same day, that's why the trash cans was full.

I rented this VRBO for a very special get together where 10 of us were honoring a childhood friends legacy. The condition of this VRBO property definitely did not match the photos on line and, I was extremely disappointed with the overall appearance and condition inside and out. And when I mentioned to the host about the first few items I found on check in, he said it was because I wanted to check in at 1pm and he couldn't get to them. Even though we agreed on the early check-in 2 months in advance. So the following list encompasses the entire weekend of items that to me should've been taken care of for the price I paid. Starting with the screens that are ripped in the front and back porch. The down spouts for the gutters are laying on the ground next to the house, one of the decorative lights outside the garage is completely removed exposing the wiring. The outside trash cans have no lids or the lids are just about to fall off. The swimming pool bottom needed to be vacuumed and the top scooped out. The couch in the foyer area has a huge stain on it on and loose change and dirt under the cushions. The inside walls throughout the house have either marks or patches on them especially in the stair well. The hand rail in the stair well was loose! The hallway wall up stairs is damaged (looks kicked in) needs drywall repaired. The pool table upstairs needs the felt replaced. (pics on line show it differently). The upstairs bathroom light switch cover is cracked and broken oo
