This charming historic house is located on a 2 acre lot with an apple orchard, Brand NEW outdoor Hot Tub, an outdoor above ground pool and a large grassy area a great place for BBQ, soccer, lawn games etc in summer. Picnic Tables, There is a view of the Saint-Lawrence river. This house has many stories over the years and is a local treasure.

Inside you will find a spacious living area with cozy fireplace, dining room for 12 persons, kitchen with another dining table for 10 persons including dishwasher, microwave and utensils. Hardwood floors throughout the house.

Five bedrooms with queen size bed, one bedroom with queen size bed and one single bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with double bed and two single beds. Three bathrooms (one with whirlpool bath), washer/dryer.

For your entertainment; a 40" & a 46" flatscreen HD TV with a digital Illico terminal, free WiFi access and parking. In summer only, access to two picnic tables, a BBQ, a swing on wheels and exterior fireplace.

Our indoor pool and hot tub are located next to our reception which is 6 miles from the house. 6 miles from Mont-Sainte-Anne ski lift.

Fabulous week

We were 7 cycling women who enjoyed our stay, especially the pool at the end of each day! There were enough bedrooms that everyone had their own. This house is a real find in a wonderful area of Quebec.

Lovely farm house well situated for skiing Mt St. Anne

Plenty of room for our large extended family. Large dump of snow was expeditiously removed from driveway and parking area. It was an easy 10 minute drive to Mount Saint Anne and the kids particularly enjoyed the on premises hot tub. We did not avail ourselves to the pool facilities. The farmhouse has an old world charm and funkiness much appreciated. It was a delight staying here.

Lot of space for our family reunion

We spend the labor day week-end in that property and we enjoyed every moment. The yard is huge and we had enough space to play different outdoor games like volleyball, spike ball, frisbee and other games ALL at the same time. The house is large and has a lot of charm.

Large farmhouse near St. Ann de Beaupre

This is a very large farmhouse perhaps 10 minutes from Beaupre and very close to skiing. It is a further to get to Quebec City however. It is a clean and quiet location. There were 9 of us and during the time of our stay it was quite hot and humid in Quebec. Guests staying in the second floor bedrooms were much warmer than those on the first floor. There are plenty of dishes and utensils and 2 of each: toasters, coffee makers (plus a kuerig), dish washers and outdoor grills. We did not have time to use the pool but it was clean and inviting. There is a washer and dryer on the lower level. The nature preserve is just a few miles down the quiet street and an IGA supermarket is in Beaupre. I think the only thing we searched for, but could not find, was a fly swatter (it was summer and the house is right next to a farm).

Weekend en famille.

Weekend en famille pour un tournoi de flag football universitaire. La maison est magnifique avec ses nombreuses pièces qui nous invitent à jouer à la cachette avec les tout-petits. Un séjour beaucoup trop court. 😉 Les hôtes sont super accueillants et conciliants. Merci.

Excellent chalet

Nous étions très contents de ce chalet avec ses 8 chambres à coucher! Située dans un beau paysage et bien équipé, c'était vraiment parfait pour notre lac-à-l'épaule de travail. Seul petit bémol - certaines moustiquaires doivent être remplacées ou sécurisées, alors nous avons eu des visiteurs de l'extérieur pendant notre sejour.

Historic house in a culturally significant area close to Ski and other winter activities. The kids loved all the hidden away rooms and the horse and cow neighbours next door were a great unexpected bonus!

Great relaxing property in the countryside

If you are looking for a quiet old farmhouse in the countryside, that's a great destination. I could do the dishes while staring at a horse on the other side of the fence. It's a little bit far from old Quebec City but there are also plenty of things to do around the house: Canyon Saint-Anne, the Basilica of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, going fishing on île d'Orléans or hiking at Cap Tourmente. The kids loved playing in the pool. The owner made sure that we had a pleasant stay.

Historic, Charming, and Conveniently Located

We are a family of 6 adults comprised of 3 couples. We vacation together and extra space to spread out is always appreciated... the farmhouse offered a great amount of space in a very unique setting--we really could not have been any happier! The house itself is lovely, and the grounds are beautiful. It is next to a working farm, with horses and cows and roosters, and we all absolutely loved this environment. So much more special than a hotel could ever be. The above ground pool was clean and a pleasant feature that we all enjoyed. I really can't say enough about our time here. Not only did we appreciate being close to Quebec City, Jacques Cartier National Park and Baie Saint Paul, but the Farmhouse became it's own wonderful part of our vacation. We hope to visit again!

For the last few years our family has been searching for a perfect spot to host our annual family get together. We have been to several different places, and could not find the right one to host our family which has grown to 19. Then we came across this farmhouse. It is a fabulous location. Plenty of room for all of us! The place is very clean, and comfortable. We were especially happy with the huge yard that is far from the road, so the kids could run around and play. The location is great, secluded and private, yet close enough to activities that the family can enjoy. We hiked Mont Ste Anne, visited the Ste Anne Canyon, and Ile D'Orleans. We have already reserved our week for next year, and the entire family agrees that we have found our spot for years to come! Thank you for letting us enjoy your property!
