Live Canadian life at its best ! Welcoming loft in the heart of downtown Quebec City. Well located, only minutes away from the historical area. You can also find restaurants and you have the possibility of a free parking (only the weekend friday to monday). Enjoy your future stay!

The apartment is located in a secure building that comes with an intercom system. Every appliances that you may need will be provided. The apartment is also well-kept and updated. The bathroom also comes with a ceramic shower equiped with a multi-jet spray nealy renovated.
Parking and public transportation are close by as well as bakeries, butcher shops, coffee houses, drugstores and a couple of grocery stores. You are only a few minutes away from the historical Champlain area, which comes with shops, restaurants and the access to the marina and its views.

The neighborhood is inviting and located on a bustling street. There is also a parc only 50 meters away. Near the apartment, you can find great restaurants, bars, pubs and coffee houses.
The apartment is located near public transportations. There is a bus stop a few feets away and taxis waiting if you need them.
