It’s a five minute walk to all shopping, dining, and entertainment, ten minutes to hiking trails, and an hour and a half by car to the Grand Canyon.
The cottage has a red rock stone foundation, a flagstone patio and garden, two bedrooms, one full bathroom, one three-quarter bathroom, kitchen, living room upstairs, and a downstairs game room. There is off-street parking for your vehicle. The sunny living room has a large working red rock fireplace, antique oak furniture, two rocking chairs, leather easy chair, 32 inch flat screen TV, Bose wave radio and CD player, library of contemporary fiction, Southwest and Native American history. A collection of Southwestern art and antiquities give the cottage a warmth and sense of history hard to find in Sedona.
The country kitchen is reminiscent of an old farm kitchen with its original oak floors and cabinets. Features include a gas stove, microwave oven, washing machine and dryer, coffee maker, toaster, cast iron skillets, and stainless steel cookware. Silverware and dishes for eight are furnished as well as placemats, napkins, towels and cleaning supplies.
The master bedroom has original oak floors and a queen-size bed with brass headboard and antique furnishings. An assortment of bedding includes cotton sheets, flannel sheets, down comforters, and patchwork quilts. The second bedroom has a double bed, ample closets and en suite bathroom with tub.
Two outdoor patios contain table/chairs/umbrella and gas barbecue.
