This 2 bedroom / 2 bath home was built in 1905, but has been completely remodeled combining the charm of a historic house with the comfort of modern amenities. Walk up a flight of stairs to reach the front door, then step inside this friendly and welcoming home. You will find yourself in a cozy, light-filled living room with plenty of windows offering glimpses of the ocean. Preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen will be a breeze. Guests will love the thoughtful extras like waffle maker, coffee maker with Chemex pour-over option, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, 6-qt Instant Pot, and Vitamix blender.

Past the kitchen, you will find a sunroom that overlooks the backyard - a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, or relax with your favorite book.

After a long day of exploring all the fun to be had in Newport, you will love returning to your home away from home where you can relax on the comfortable sofa and stream from your favorite service. Downstairs you will find both bedrooms, one with a California king-size bed and the other with a lovely queen-size bed. Each of these rooms comes with its own TV. The sunroom upstairs has a daybed with trundle as well, though tight on space. Two full bathrooms offer either a walk-in shower, or a tub/shower combo - perfect for a post beach soak for the kiddos.
