Step inside, and you will immediately feel that this home has a story to tell. The Westwood Story House is a newly renovated 1940s home in the Historic Westwood Community. Although this home was spared no expense and has been masterfully crafted, it has not lost touch with its roots. Large custom walk in closet. Extra bedding for the 2 couches in the living room can be found in the closet. Remote control for fan and overhead light. *Spa-inspired bathroom w/double vanity, walk-in rain shower, and standalone tub. *The second custom full bath is located on the main floor *The third custom full bath is located on the second floor *2nd bedroom on first floor has queen bed with 55in Roku TV. Touch sensitive night stand lamps have built in USB and USB-C ports. Remote control for fan and overhead light. *3rd bedroom is upstairs with queen bed and 43 inch Roku TV *4th bedroom is upstairs with 2 single day-beds and a swing hammock chair. Room is equipped with a 50 inch Roku TV w/ games. Ideal for hangout space for family and kids. *Workstation with desk, chair, and lamp with built in outlets is located upstairs in the loft area. *Game Day Patio with 55 inch Roku TV. Outdoor patio set seats 7. *Fenced in backyard with fire-pit patio and 4 Adirondack chairs w/ string lights and outdoor games. *Free Peacock Premium Streaming on all TVs. *Blackout curtains in all bedrooms and all privacy shades in common areas. *Property has Tesla Level 2 Charger installed. (Must have adapter if vehicle is not Tesla). *Smart thermostat downstairs and upstairs. Smart voice assistant speaker is located in every room. *Smart door locks on both front and side doors w/ doorbell cameras. *High speed Wifi-6 internet (400mbps) Amenities: All bathrooms are stocked with 2 towels (hand, bath, washcloths) per guest. All bathrooms come with basic amenities and a hair dryer. Living Room: Come relax by the gas fireplace as you snuggle under a blanket (or 5) and enjoy a movie on the 50 inch Roku TV (we offer Peacock Premium Streaming) or play a board game with your family or friends. A smart assistant speaker is on the console in case you have a question or want to play some music. Chef's Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with all high end appliances and a variety of cookware, tableware, and other kitchen essentials, such as cooking oil and basic seasonings. We know how important coffee is to our guests. The kitchen has a Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Maker with variety of Nespresso Pod blends. The kitchen has a large eat in island with seating for four. Basic cleaning supplies, including dish soap and dish detergent pods are also provided. Dining: The built-in custom banquette (bench) is large enough to hold 7 around the dining table. Laundry Room: Westwood Story House has a large laundry room, equipped with an LG Washer and Dryer, iron, ironing board, Dyson Vacuum, and 2 hampers. Laundry detergent pods are also provided. Security: 2 outdoor security cameras and 2 doorbell cameras on both front and side doors. Automatic dawn to dusk porch lights and car port light. No cameras inside or facing the fenced in backyard Entire house except detached garage and crawl space. Home has a large driveway and carport. Driveway can accommodate at least 4 vehicles. Self check-in with smart door locks.
