Welcome to your home away from home—an inviting open-concept living space with modern decor, a 65″ smart TV, board games and a cozy fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen features quality appliances, drip & Keurig coffee makers, and a large dining table. Retreat to four well-appointed bedrooms: a king master suite with en-suite bath, a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bunk room, each with comfortable linens. An attached garage provides parking and secure bike storage, plus a washer/dryer for convenience. Step outside to a sunny deck and fenced yard—perfect for relaxing and letting pets or kids play.

Great location for those wanting to mountain bike.

We had a great time. Loved the location and the layout of the house. This is our second year renting the house. The only downside was the amount of white dog hair on the rugs throughout and couch in the living room. Hope to see this changed for future renters. Love the mountain biking in Bentonville. We also got to see some baby birds hatch right outside the door on the hanging wreath. What a fun thing that was!

Great customer service

During our stay, a tornado tore through the town. We lost power and the property manager was in contact right away. Within a few hours, they had offered another property to stay at with power. Everything went haywire in Bentonville and these guys did their best to make it better. Top notch!
