The stay would have been much more enjoyable with a serviceable kitchen and clean house. Unfortunately neither were provided except for a mini fridge and hot plate. If the proper cleaning and stocking is done the place is ok.

Great location

Check in extremely easy and host was willing to let check in early. Property is exactly as described (no living room). Perfect stay for the person that does not want to be in the room outside of sleeping, eating, and bathing. There was outdoor furniture however, it rained most days that I was there, so it was not able to sit and relax outside of bedroom.

Overall, the communication with the property manager was excellent! She was very sweet. The only issue we had with the stay was the AC. I’m sure it was because we stayed during a heatwave but the property manager was very kind and she accommodated and lowered the AC for us. But during the day, it was still really hot. It was extremely clean & in a good location for our one night stay. Would definitely stay again! 😊

Tjhis property cancelled my reservation 56 minutes before I showed up in their driveway. We had already been awake for 14 hours, and had to find another place to stay. If I had cancelled that late, I would have paid a financial penalty. I think this host should pay me for their extraordinarily late and inconvenient cancellation of my reservation.

Good stay for a short trip

I really liked this place. It served our purpose well. Clean, and comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Only a couple drawbacks. No Television, I usually like background noise as I am getting ready; but there was no TV and there were instructions to adhere to quiet hours, as this unit was one of three in a divided house so we had to be mindful on the attached other units. There was a hot plate to cook, or heat food, but it took over 20 min. to heat up. But like I said, it is good for a short stay, running hot water, clean, and comfortable.

Die schöne Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr guten Lage. Es ist dort sicher, ruhig und sehr schön. Jennifer ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Wir haben um einen früheren Check in gebeten und Sie hat sich umgehend darum gekümmert. Wir werden wiederkommen :-)
