Our tiny cabin is situated in the heart of nature and can accommodate up to two guests comfortably. We take pride in providing a unique and special experience and have recently installed an outdoor shower and kitchenette to make your stay even more enjoyable. In addition, our 50” smart TV is the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. Whether you are looking to unplug from the world, or need a quiet place to write or work, Persis Cabin is the perfect place for you.
The cabin is located right on the river and steps from our new iconic shared sauna and cold plunge on the yoga deck. Enjoy!!!

Persis Cabin, private riverfront firepit, the acre of grass field, the North Fork of The Skykomish river, and the forest walking trails behind The Treeframe.

Our gated cluster of cabins is pretty quiet and friendly! The Treeframe is one of 6 small cabins clustered around a grass field on this gated 5 acre property perched beautifully on the South bank of the North Fork of the wild Skykomish river. You can walk into the town of Index about .5 miles West along our gravel road. Be careful along Index/Galena road as fast cars and trucks go by. Turn right into town across the bridge.

Index is located in the western foothills of the Cascade Mountains; the summit of Mount Index is located 3 miles (4.8 km) south of the town. The Index Town Walls, granite cliffs up to 500 feet (150 m) high, are located on the northern edge of the town. These walls are popularly used for rock climbing, offering a variety of high-quality cracks for this purpose. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.23 square miles (0.60 km2), all of it land.

Index is located on the North Fork Skykomish River, just above its confluence with the main channel of the Skykomish River. The Skykomish River`s Sunset Falls, a nearly 300-foot-long (91 m) granite chute that drops some 100 feet (30 m), is located approximately 1 mile (1.6 km) from the town (on the South Fork Skykomish River).[citation needed] In December 1980, the Skykomish River flooded the town and destroyed eight homes.

The town is located 1 mile (1.6 km) north of US Highway 2, approximately 25 miles (40 km) west of Stevens Pass. The BNSF railroad, formerly the Great Northern Railway, runs through the middle of the town. Index was once an important stop for the mining (particularly Monte Cristo and Galena) and timber activities north of its location.

Persis Cabin is on a riverfront gated 5 acre property with 5 other small cabins. Amos Cabin is pretty close but the spaces are wonderful.

2 car maximum on property. Any additional guest invited onto the property must be announced and cleared by the host. $100/person per day or night will be enforced along with a $75 pet fee if a pet is brought on.
Early check in or late check out can be arranged. We ask for $50/hour to accommodate the shift in schedule.
