The home is welcoming with WOW interior space, NATURAL LIGHT, a foyer, living & dining room, and office & coffee station! The family & living rooms have mounted TVs. Kitchen has plenty of cabinet space, island & breakfast area. Upstairs has four bedrooms. Laundry room is near bedrooms. Mature, well landscaped yard is perfect for relaxing, playing & entertaining. Close locations include light rail, major highways, shopping, restaurants, IKEA, UNCC, downtown & CLT Motor Speedway.

★Any guest found smoking within the property will be subject to an additional fee of $500, designated as a smoking fee. This fee will be charged to cover the costs associated with a thorough cleaning, deodorizing, and restoring the property to its original smoke-free condition.

Quaint and Comfortable

The house is well decorated and is located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and family friendly activities and a nearby (walkable) community park. We were able to enjoy the outdoors due to the gazebo despite the rain. The cooking utensils are very eco friendly and safe to use s as we use wooden spoons to cook ourselves. The office space was perfect for our use. The children enjoyed playing Jenga and watching their Netflix shows when we were in the home. It was easy to feel at home in this home!!

Please check out our immaculate homes. We furnish and upkeep the home to be welcoming to vacationers and traveling professionals. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The home is beautifully furnished with light colored furniture on the main floor. There are 4 spacious sitting areas that include the living room, dining room, seating room, and breakfast kitchen area. There is additional sitting areas under a gazebo in the fenced in back-yard. The stylishly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with air-fryer, Keurig coffee maker, blender, stove, oven and microwave. The kitchen also has open decor cabinets and a large farm sink. The 4 bedrooms upstairs are spacious and well furnished with beds, night stands and dressers. The master bedroom has an attached full bathroom, king bed and TV. The other three bedrooms have 2 queens and a very cute full bedroom themed room. The home has a dedicated office space with modern office desk, storage cabinet and printer. There is a half bathroom on the main floor and two full bathrooms upstairs. The laundry room is also situated upstairs.
