Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is the perfect place for those looking to explore the Killington and Rutland area. Offering over 2,200 square feet of living area with 2 living rooms, each with a large flatscreen TV (65" and 55"), spacious kitchen and dining area with seating for 10, a primary suite with a King sized bed, a guest room with a Queen sized bed, and a bunk bed room with two sets of Full sized bunk beds (150 lb. weight limit). Our home has been expertly designed, freshly painted, and offers new furniture and beds. Complete with Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a large deck. Comfortably sleeps 8 and is a 20 minute drive to Killington, 12 minutes to Pico, and 35 minutes to Okemo. An ideal location for skiing/riding, golf, hiking, mountain biking, and exploring the area’s popular restaurants and amenities.

Perfectly comfortable, convenient, clean, close to Killington and Pico.

We had a wonderful two family stay here. The beds are comfortable and the house is cozy and clean. Killington was a 20 min drive. Lots if dining options in the area. Hosts are responsive and welcoming.

Quick trip to Vermont

We were looking for a place to stay while we traveled to VT for a wedding. This home was perfect for our party of 7. We had plenty of space to hang out, cook, and rest. Communication with Brendan was excellent. We'd highly recommend this property for another family.

Our family purchased this home at the beginning of 2023. We enjoy the outdoors; specifically skiing and golfing, and this home has fantastic access to both! We have two children and a Pug; all of whom love this area and everything here. Our children are avid skiers and love the expansive options that Killington and Pico offer.

We choose to purchase in this neighborhood because it is one of the premier and most desirable locations in Rutland, VT. You have wonderful access to Killington, Pico, and the Town of Rutland; which offers numerous restaurants, bars, and every amenity you could want.

What makes our property unique is the location and its spaciousness. You are a short drive to Killington, Pico, golf courses, hiking, and mountain biking. It sleeps 8 people comfortably and is ideal for 2 family's staying together; providing them both their own privacy. It has 2 different living rooms and a large, open, kitchen/dining area that is a wonderful, communal, hang out spot!
