Upscale & Charming Condo

Located just one block away from Aspen Mountain and downtown Aspen at 718 S mill street this beautiful and charming garden level condo provides upmost convenience and privacy . It is an ideal location for skiers, as well as guests wishing to stroll the streets of Aspen and enjoy the town's shops, restaurants, entertainment. The bus station is also located just minutes away for quick access to Buttermilk, Aspen Highlands, and Snowmass.

Additionally, the condominium complex FASHINGHAUS WEST includes all the charm of a ski lodge, while providing all of the modern conveniences one would expect with a stay in Aspen. It offers a heated pool and jacuzzi, which is always kept and maintained at 110 degrees temperature and can be accessed directly from the master bedroom. Also a grill is located by the pool to entertain your guests .

We continually upgrade the unit to make sure that guests are comfortable. The unit includes a living room, entryway coat closet, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable SLEEPER sofa, a private porch, and a wonderful 55-inch flat screen TV. The kitchen is also equipped with a subzero refrigerator, bosche diswasher, and a viking oven. We have also added a Nespresso coffee machine.

All in all, our condo seeks to provide all the comforts of home away from home in the lovely town of Aspen. We look forward to welcoming you!

The property was located just a few blocks from downtown Aspen and from some hiking trails. The gym and pool/hot tub were close by as well. Drawbacks include a very small shower in the twin bedroom and at least one of the twins was very soft.

This weekend was somewhat of a nightmare. Check in said we had to display a parking pass, but the office where we were supposed to pick it up was never opened during the duration of our stay. We checked half a dozen times and spent a ton of time worrying about our car getting towed. While the location is great, the property is essentially in the basement level with little natural light, and the bathrooms are very small and very dated. Communication with the owners was very challenging. We got locked out while trying to check out (passcode expired) and it took them over 7 hours to respond. Luckily we were able to connect with the handyman, but it could have been absolutely disastrous rather than just a colossal inconvenience. We would not go back.

Great Condo, Great Location

My husband and I went to Aspen Food & Wine with another couple, and we were very happy with our condo! It was spacious, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked. The location was extremely easy to walk to our events and just across from the St. Regis Hotel. Communication was great with the manager, and I highly recommend this place.

Perfect location

A group of us stayed here for a girls trip to Aspen and all agreed the condo was great. The location couldn't be better as it's close to everything all the restaurants and shopping in downtown Aspen and just steps from the St Regis and Aspen mountain, plus the host was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The manager responded quickly when we requested sheets for the sofabed and a couple of extra towels, which was greatly appreciated. The only suggestion would be to have more ice trays, but overall, it was an excellent stay.
