Modern and spacious 4br house in Reykjavik, with Hot Tub.

This house is located in a family friendly street / neighbuorhood in the capital area, only 13km drive from downtown Reykjavik. Only few meters away from the main road ( 1 ) to explore the south or West/North of Iceland, Golden Circle, Vik etc.

From the house is nice walking path by the ocean and around the GR Golf Course, that area is good spot to see the Northern Lights / Aurora Borealis ( if the weather conditions are right ).
Egilshöll is in walking distance, there you can find Movie Theater, World Class Gym, Bowling Alley and restaurant and bar.

Our house has 4 bedrooms, master bedroom has King size bed ( 180x200 cm ). Second bedroom has Double bed ( 140x200 ), third bedroom has Single Bed 120x200cm and fourth bedroom has single bed 90x200 cm. We can add single bed in one of the bedrooms if needed. We have nice bathroom with shower and bathtub. Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need prepare meals at home, outside we have nice patio with BBQ grill and Hot Tub ( Not Jacuzzi ) to relax in.
In the living room we have TV and Apple TV.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc.

It's a very nice house in a nice and calm neighbourhood.

We manage over 85 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik.  Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik.  We also offer long term renting.
