2/1 House With Deck- Trail To River With Amazing Sandy Beach- Solar Heated Pool

Newly Listed.
Two bedroom one bath house in willow Creek. There is a large deck with a hammock, large fenced yard, and pool area. The pool area is fully fenced, with a large built in pool that is about 9 foot deep with a diving board, slide, and basketball hoop. There is no lifeguard present so enter this area at your own risk and note the pool rules on the gate. There is also a propane BBQ, table with chairs, and chaise lounge chairs in this area.

There is a walking trail down to the Trinity River. With a large sandy beach. Trail is through the walking gate across the street, down the asphalt road, to the trail entrance. Please shut the gate behind you.

Tessa hustled to get us into her property very last minute. Communication was superb. House was super clean and beds were comfy! The river access leads you to the most stunning, private beach!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great and this is where we spent most of our time. The neighbor was a challenge because he often had loud music playing and was yelling at his dogs - didn't have the level of privacy I was hoping for.

We booked last minute to enjoy the Willow Creek sun. It was nice to have a pool and river access! We used the bbq and the kitchen was well stocked. The host was very communicable and answered all questions.

Beautiful place to relax!

We had a wonderful stay, the house is perfect for relaxing and it had all the amenities we needed. We ate in town for all meals as we didn't want to cook, but if we did the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was amazing and the weather was just right. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was amazing! I loved the tiles. Would stay there again! Our host was very responsive if we had any questions.

Terrific Summer Getaway

We had the best time at this perfectly appointed property. There was nothing overlooked that we needed. The beds are comfy and the house was perfectly clean. Outside toys, art supplies and that POOL! were big hits with the 3 kids. The location and access to both town and the river, made this the best choice we could have made!

Our vacation

When we arrived check in was simple the lock box was were it was. Inside the house was clean the beds were made. My kiddos wanted in the pool after we got unpacked. They loved the pool we spent everyday in the pool. The weather is beautiful for pool time. We didn't walk to the river since a sign said no trespassing and no river access. So we didn't want to trepass. My kids loved the water slide. I enjoyed playing basketball in the pool.
